Wow the employee who was supposed to be at the front was not there. There was a line of 4 people waiting when the delivery driver came in attempted to help. The girl who was supposed to be at the front was WAY in the back where no one could see her. She came out yelling at the driver about being on a call for her and she was getting directions for a delivery no need to call her. She proceeded to yell at her for about 5 more minutes making everyone feel uncomfortable.

Took almost an hour to get my food, and somehow the pizza was still cold and soggy. Assuming it was made first, and sat and sat. I get being behind; but A bit ridiculous for the price.

I just left there after picking up my order, large deep dish with beef pepperoni, when I got home I couldn't believe that they sold me an old pizza that was probably a canceled order from the day before, you just lost a customer for ever.

Order here often. Placed order online and then realized we could order same thing through door dash but cheaper and so we called 8 min later and said “we just ordered, is it too late to cancel?” and if he had said yes we would have been fine. However he clearly lied and said driver already left. Was an obvious lie and it was awkward and I just said ok and we hung up. Pizzas usually good it’s just that the guy on phone lied. Whatever.

One day they completely forgot my drink after waiting a little over an hour on top of a 14hr work day and someone still bring it to me to me that’s costumer service at its finest this is the best Happys pizza in all of mi hands down

I sure do miss this place especially with Michigan not having food like Chicago. If any one go to Westland Michigan make sure you all stop here for some of the best piazza in that town. Can’t wait to move back there, to the happy pizza workers hope you all are doing well , love you guys see you soon !!!

Outstanding pizza and rib tips. Frustrating service after 2 women employees saw me walk in continued their conversation. Stood waiting for 10 minutes until guy came out and handed me my order that was sitting there.

I called this location with a few questions before choosing to order. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and was extremely friendly and pleasant. The order I placed had specific requests.
