I feel bad for the poor employees stuck dealing with that woman. We waited patiently for an hour to get our food. In that time we witnessed the girl at the ovens berate and belittle each person in there even cussing at them. After waiting an hour we were given our food and treated so poorly by that woman we threw away the food I will not be supporting Hungry Howies moving forward and neither will my husband.

Poor customer manager didn't solve the issue.i made an online order, order wnt all the way through.called to give instructions about my pizza and the manager said they dont deliver to my business. Plus I have to wait 3-5 days for my refund. Very upset with this business!! Im litterallky 2 minutes from the store.

I think i must have run into the girl with all the complaints. And what's more, she has giant hickeys on her neck. Thats just disgusting and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to explain to my kids why you have those nasty bruises on your neck. This location is a joke and I will never be ordering from them again

Would be a great place but they sub with door dash and every single time door dash delivers they use no hot bag and they always stack orders so food is always cold. To be fair if the in house delivery driver is working it's hot always just sucks taking the dd gamble
Quality is going down as well paid almost 40$ for a deep dish and salad got barely any pepperoni and only 2 cucumber slices on my salad also asked for well done got normal I really wish people would just do their jobs if you don't like your job just quit.
Ordered later in the evening but everything was delicious and customer service was great!

Ordered 2 large Works. Never seen so much grease. One of them had so much grease/water that when I picked up a piece you could see it pooling up in the box. Also left a soppy mess on my plate. It was almost like they poured water on the pizza. Both pizzas also had way to many toppings on them that the bottom dough was raw, not to mention it was very thin. Today I'm left with a very upset tummy.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service. Asked to sub bbq sauce for ranch on a sub and you would think I ask them to wear gloves when they made my pizza. The manager Monday night December 1st is very power hungry around topping on pizza. I hope you find what you are looking for that makes you feel whole by denying customers pizza topping.
Last question was it frozen was that the issue?

If you are closed, PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR OPEN SIGN, when after hours. I hit you JUST ABOUT CLOSING, hoping for something.. 11:25PM , and OPEN SIGN STILL LIT UP. Bummer y'all. Regular satisfied cusomer.
