Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service. Asked to sub bbq sauce for ranch on a sub and you would think I ask them to wear gloves when they made my pizza. The manager Monday night December 1st is very power hungry around topping on pizza. I hope you find what you are looking for that makes you feel whole by denying customers pizza topping.

Ordered a deep dish and bread. There was a mixup with number i apologized and added a extra tip for the remake. The SAME pizza was put in the oven for a few minutes and sent out cold and dry. Im pregnant and had to go return it and he looked me in my face and lied. The pizza was cold, dry, and u can obviously tell it was reheated. There goes my craving and he was very nonchalant and dismissive about it. Highly upset!!!!! Mind you it was a 4 minute delivery.

After picking up my child from school I decided to stop at hungry howies. I parked in the parking lot on the side due to tight parking in front of the restaurant and my truck being big. After ordering online 5 minutes later my vehicle was approached by an old white man (claiming to own the whole strip complex but is wearing hungry howies uniform) stating I parked incorrectly in a EMPTY parking lot, why are we here, and where are we ordering food from (hungry howies is the ONLY restaurant in the strip mall) after stating I ordered food online and I’m waiting for it to be prepared he continued to be rude and clearly agitated demanding that I hurry up and get my food so I can leave his parking lot. He was very very rude and intrusive nearly leaning in my car window! Although I enjoy the pizza I will NOT be returning!

The food is always good but the customer service needs work. Its only one guy that has the issue. Whoever the guy is with the long hair is the issue. He's rude and mean. I understand you may be overworked but if it's THAT bad, take a day off. I gave the other guy that made my food an extra tip because he kept apologizing, when he didnt have to, and was extremely nice. Thank you, to whoever he is. A little kindness goes a long way.
Hate to say it, but they got my order wrong AGAIN! Clearly says on the receipt what toppings is supposed to be on the pizza. Called them and they said they would make another. We asked, can you deliver because of your mistake. They said we'd be happy to deliver, but you have to pay! Really!!! They replaced at no cost, but wasn't looking for a free pizza, only to have dinner as a family at the same time.

Prices went up. Customer service went down. Some of the employees seem bothered that you came in. Instead of greeting you they stare blankly and say “name”. Self checkouts are more polite lol. 3 star because I like the pizza a lot. Hope the hospitality improves.
