So, I ordered online took about 50 minutes no biggie. The driver gave me my two pizzas and I noticed I didn't get my bread. By the time I turned around the guys was sprinting back to his car. Oh and one of my pizzas wasn't even cut. šš¼

Our food was delivered by door dash even though i ordered thru the hungry Howies website. The delivery guy had our food in his bag on its side. A lot of sauce came off the crust less pizza. I got it on my clothes when he handed the boxes to me. He needs to be trained not to turn the boxes.

Let me be clear that there is nothing wrong with this Hungry Howies location. However, I will never come back to this location because of their neighboring business, Eagle Cafe. The Eagle Cafe patrons and staff have no respect for the other businesses in the strip mall. They indiscriminately light off fireworks in the parking lot close to vehicles. I longer feel safe coming to this location. I can only hope that the Hungry Howies store manager will make complaints to property management in order to evict the Eagle Cafe.
I recently contacted this location on behalf of a local nonprofit to inquire about a potential in-kind food donation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the manager who answered the phone. Rather than offering assistance or directing me to the appropriate contact, he was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for the contact information of a supervisor, he refused and stated, āI donāt give out his phone number because you guys are scammers.ā This accusation was not only baseless but also extremely inappropriate and uncalled for.
For contrast, I reached out to the Hungry Howieās in Westland, Michigan, (N Merriman Rd) where the staff was courteous and helpful. They had no issue providing the contact information for their supervisor, who then connected me with corporate, the exact outcome I had originally hoped for.
Itās unfortunate that a single location can create such a negative impression of a brand, especially when others within the same franchise uphold much higher standards of customer service. I hope the management at this location is encouraged to undergo additional training in communication and professionalism. A dismissive attitude toward community outreach efforts reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

Iāve been getting the same thing every time I order, a jalapeƱo stuffed bread! But im really disappointed because I asked the person on the phone if he can put light jalapeƱo instead of the usual amount because I canāt handle spice when im sick, and he said he canāt do that because there isnāt a button on the system to do so. No problem. I then asked if he can ask his staff whoās making my order verbally to put light jalapeƱo and they said they canāt. Extremely disappointed especially because thatās all I eat from here. Only reason why Iām putting 2 stars instead of one is because of the customer service I usually receive. Today was not it. I had to take out almost all the jalapeƱos because of simple request. Unbelievable.

Usually my orders from here are fine but today not so much . I ordered one large deep dish pizza with extra bacon , extra steak . I basically got toppings and cheese on dough . This pizza is ridiculously dry , you can barely see any sauce on it . $30 for one pizza, this is unacceptable. Itās hard to chew this because itās so dry . Look at the picture , thereās basically no sauce on it. I paid too much for this , there should be red all over it but you can barely see anything.
