The sandwich had 1 strip of bacon 2 slices of turkey and a mess load of lettuce the fact that they charged 10.60 for this is ridiculous. I will never be purchasing here again.

I placed an online order for delivery. I received my order confirmation at 7:30 p.m. by email. I never got my order. Called the store repeatedly; got no answer. The store closed at 9 p.m. I never got my order. They don't deserve the one star I gave them.

Walked in the door at 8:44pm, they close at 9pm. Lights were on, door was open, they were fully staffed. I was told they were already closed. I called corporate to see if stores closing early was normal, as I understand if places are slow, they sometimes close early. The lady said no, each store has to stay open until their posted hours. She asked me for the address and started the claim process. I refused to tell her the store address as I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I am going to leave this 1-star review though.

Slathered my sub in mayo when it wasn’t supposed to have mayo even added on it. (Good thing I’m not allergic) Assumed they were irritated my husband and I came in close to closing. Staff wasnt that nice
Normally pretty decent but this last time our subs were SOAKED. I couldn't even hold onto my sub. I ended up feeding my dog the lunchmeat. I won't never order from there again. Waste of $45 including tip. All our subs were unedible. Really disappointing. Delivery was quick n good though. Pic don't do it justice

Drive thru surprizingly fast in meaty wrap n lil John's. Gonna drive thru today for lunch n extras to last for tmrw

The girl at the counter, Tiffany, was extremely rude. Also, for the two subs I ordered it was $17.15. I asked if I could add on one medium pop and two tap waters. Total jumped to almost $25. That’s almost $10, over me adding on one medium drink and two tap waters? She specified tap water or bottled and I said tap. That literally Doesn’t make any sense I just checked the website and it’s $2.19 to add on a regular fountain drink…but I wasn’t about to argue. My daughter and I had a long night in the ER this was the first thing my daughter wanted when she left the hospital. But I’ll go to another location next time, NEVER this one. Canton is much more friendly and doesn’t ever overcharge me.
