First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold. I'm happy to say that this time everything was great. Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot. They also had everything that I wanted to order and this was very close to closing time. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I didn't go inside. I used the drive thru and I was in and out within 15 min or so. Very good visit. I will return again, and sooner this time. NOTE: This is not the location in which I had the negative issues.
We got a couple of chicken dinners thru the drive thru and it was very fresh and delicious. Thank you.

Always nice, knowledgeable, respectful, clean and always pleasant. The food is always good. I go to ford rd., Westland location at least 8-10 times a month.
Dietary restrictions: Border line diabetic, if I would go more. The choices they have are great for me, but I have to make the smart choices.
Kid-friendliness: The kid menu has enough choices and pleases me and the grandkids. I have picky kids and grandkids, so I don't have to wait an hour for them to decide what they want.

Last time I went they forgot two chicken Littles I bought. I had to go back to get them. If they were not so close to my house I wouldn't have and would have wasted my money.
Waited almost an hour for my food, employees all extremely rude and confrontational. Will be going down the street to Popeyes instead from now on. Managers should be embarrassed.
It's no wonder why your reviews are TERRIBLE. pick up food, get back to hotel and of course, order is not all there. Go to call and phone is always busy. And I live out of town so I'll never see a refund.
