I bought my food, and I got a number 9 and the picture said it was big chicken nuggets or like medium sized like McDonald's but they were tiny like popcorn chicken, and it was dry, and the guy that served us didn't seem to care to be there and kind of gave us an attitude, and he only gave us three sauces when we reminded him to give us more beforehand and he said okay but he never gave it to us.

I visited the kfc on 34015 ford rd yesterday evening around 8:20pm. The woman in drive thru Im assuming was the manager because she was wearing a black and white uniform was so rude to me. I came back in drive thru to let them know that my chicken was raw! She immediately slammed the door and yelled “ I cant take that back” when trying to show her the raw chicken. Then continues to storm back to the window and hand me chicken and says “ this is all we have “ again, more raw chicken. Continues to slam the drive thru window in my face. At this point im in utter disbelief that this woman is angry and aggressive with me because she probably already knew why I was coming back to complain and I was basically shut up. How rude definitely wont be returning to this kfc!
I asked for extra pickle on my chicken sandwich and they gave me probably 7 ounces of mayonnaise on it. Just because I asked for extra pickle, you’re gonna be a smart ass to put extra mayonnaise

The employees that were working today, on Mother's Day, deserve 5 stars, hands down!! We normally go to Garden City KFC but not anymore. We will drive further to get the fast and kind service from this one. The girl at the counter was super polite and respectful, great attitude, you don't see much of that these days. She deserves a raise. And the food was fast and delicious. Corporate should recognize these employees for working with such great attitude and super fast. Thank you to all of them.
