my chicken sandwich and my tenders taste like it was fried in really old used oil and the sandwich just looks off , it tastes rancid and the customer service sucks the meal was 17 dollars and it’s barely edible and only refound me 9.01

I decided to try this location.i will not return i ordered a famous bowl and wedges and they used chicken tenders for the chicken that were hard and over cooked and my wedges wasn't even full there were and I quote 6 wedges in the box

I ordered through door dash, what I got was over fried, soggy, grease logged chicken. The sides were like warm at best. This place is a disgrace, I will never order from here again.

On two occasions KFC had failed me. The first they told me when. I was in l8ne to order that they were only taking door dash. How do you prioritize others and not serve the customer in front of you. Now today I go at approx. 7;30pm and they dont have any chicken. I thought they were in the chicken business. This makes no sense the Colonel would roll over in his grave. They ought to close this place down and send them all to the car wash to work. They are straight trash. Does anybody know where I can get a good 3 piece because this aint it.

I have mixed feelings about the staff. The one white girl goes over and beyond and very nice. My chicken was dripping with grease and heavy salted. Unbearable to eat for my family. I called and the staff lady was very apologetic. She told me I have 7 days to bring my receipt and they'll remake my order. I went back 5 days later. I went through the drive thru and they wouldn't except it in drive thru. They made me come in even after I told them I have babies in the car and it was raining. The cashier told me her supervisor said they don't except receipts after 1 day not 7 days. After persistence they finally remade my order. After I got home and fed my family i was happy that the chicken wasn't salty and greasy. So I called to thank the supervisor and staff and the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. Its sad to say that this is not the 1st time the supervisor was rude. It seems like the staff is scared of her. I actually stopped going there a long time ago. I go to the KFC in canton. I forgot but NEVER again.
I was told they had no chicken ready. I had to wait 20 minutes, I told him that was absurd and it was a damn shame. One of the employees got upset with me came out. I was in the Drive-Thru. He came out the door and act like he wanted to fight. Haven't been back there since and will never go back.

This location is the worst. Always destroyed inside and today, I went there at noon, ordered two chicken sandwiches, nobody there and I waited for about 7 minutes, first bite tasted like yesterdays grease. The person who ate the other sandwich said the same. 3 hours later, I can still taste it. At that time of day, there is NO READON to use old grease, not to mention why did it take so long just to get crappy food? This location has had history of bad good, service, etc. They need to revamp or close down.
