IF YOU WANNA WASTE MONEY AND get DISGUSTING hard as a rock been sitting for WELL over a hour long chicken come here ! Spent 40$ for dinner for my wife and kids just too open all the food and be disappointed this is ridiculous I will never come too this location ever again . The lobby is disgusting floors so sticky my shoes barley wanted too lift how is this allowed? Workers cursing and joking around not caring about the product they are selling. This sad and disgusting.

The so called General Manager unprofessional, rude & unethical. I originally ordered a chicken pie & bowl. At the window asked if I could add a breast. A SIMPLE yes/ no is all that is needed. The GM yelling & making faces. I can see her at the drive through window. All the ATTITUDE/LOUDNESS (window open) the so call GM was talking.Only one car behind me at the order window. Same old Wayne KFC. Clean up your act & get professional, knowledgeable GM's or mangers to handle concerns that work in your establishment!!!!!

Tonight we grabbed a dinner bucket deal or something like that. It was 12 pieces. Three sides and some biscuits.
Chicken was actually hot and pretty tasty. Coleslaw was not bad. Corn - no thanks. Was dry and hard. Biscuits were not bad. Mashed potatoes back in the day used to be good. They are white instant potatoes at best. No flavor. Gravy is powder gravy at best. Was super hot.
For what you pay at Kentucky Fried Chicken now for what you get. Large sides not even full to the top. I think we will pass ! There are other chicken places out there, likes Lees and Mr chicken that serve a full size dish and give you what you pay for.
Thanks KFC. The not goods outweighed the goods. My money deserves better !
As others have stated, they serve old, inedible food. Then when you ask for a refund they will tell you they don't give refunds and can only remake your order.
When they remake your order, they give you food that's just as old as the original.
The manager and workers are terrible and the manager should not be in management. This location needs to be closed!!!

Sean is absolutely killing it tonight. Him and Chris are working quickly to get everyone taken care of. I could see it was just the two of them, yet they managed to still keep orders coming out quickly, and Sean was super interactive with me and the other person waiting when he'd pop up to the front. In between preparing food and checking on the customers, he was hustling to restock and clean. Sean is obviously such a hard worker, mad respect to him!

they are selling spoiled chicken do not I repeat do not go to this KFC salmonella is real. I spent $15. The manager told me they do not give refunds and I had to throw it out because I will not be consuming that I thought to corporate via email hopefully I will hear something back but again do not visit the KFC address 2339 South Wayne Rd. do not I have pictures to upload

Disgusting attitude from staff just to place the order. Food is always cold and old. But by the looks of it they really don't care and corporate let's it slide so why would they. This is by far the worst place to stop and eat in Westland.
Big Chris took our orders and several others all simultaneously while directing his coworkers and maintaining a positive attitude and friendly vibe during a rain storm running orders to cars waiting in the line for drive thru....VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS MANS WORK ETHIC.

If they forget an item and you call to ask for assistance, they're not going to refund you, you'll have to drive all the way back to get the item, even if you CAN'T because you don't have time. They'll also hang up on you as soon as they tell you no. I had to call their customer service to get a partial refund. So, customer service is fine if you call the company, but this particular location does not care about stealing your money if they mess up your order.

Absolutely unacceptable service and food! I used mobile order and drove home to open up my food and receive a chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn't even bite into it. The fries were just as hard. I went back and waited for the women manager who greeted me with attitude as if I did something wrong. she stormed off with ange and didn't even ask me what kind of chicken sandwich I had! I had to let another employee know!! Very unprofessional!She should be retrained or maybe not a Manager! I will NOT EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! She has be one of the rudest manager I have ever dealt with!! They really need a manager who has compassion and respect!
