Never using Kroger home delivery again. Delivery was an hour late, some items that needed refrigeration were already warm. And when I tried to talk to the driver, Samer K., he ignored and just walked away saying they had lots of orders. Two items were left off. I never get a text to change until he'd already checked out. Kroger sucks. Never using them again for anything, on line in person.
Great kid doing pick up orders. He had to deal with real jerks on either side of me! 1/22/2022 6:30pm
