I really like this Krogers. I do a lot of curbside service because it's so convenient. The people in the curbside department are always so nice and helpful Cory and Hope are two of the nicest staff working they go above and beyond to get my order perfect. The manager is also very nice and professional.

Dear Kroger Hq:It is time to shutter this poor excuse of a store:- The service center is seldom ever open.- At 4pm on a Wednesday, there are zero carts available in the store. They are all outside in the cart corrals.- Poorly stocked- Staff attitudes are ambivalent at best

First time using quick list and it is absolute garbage. Sent away because our order was not filled during the designated time. Came back at the new time we were given by an employee only to sit for 30+ additional minutes This store is always understaffed at all times and there and frustrating to shop at because of the lines. The bottle return is small and cannot keep up with the customers. I hope they remove management or close the store because it's not worth keeping open for there poor service.

I went in early this evening. There use to be registeres open and cashiers now looks just like Walmart. They had one cashier and it was lined up all the way down the isle. They had all the self check outs open but they were backed up. to tell you the truth I do not want to scan and bag my own groceries. Left my stull on the check out and I will never go back unless they have some cashiers.

I love Kroger but NOT this location. we have 5 Kroger's within 5 miles of us. but this is the closest with a fuel station. like a fool, I went in to get a few items...buns, hamburger, fruit, etc. LONG lines

Pulled into the Westland Kroger lot Monday evening and a customer finishing unloading his groceries gave us his shopping cart and told us only 2 checkouts open and lines to the back of the store - don't go in. Told my wife to check it out and leave if it is like that. I will goto the bottle return. Bottle return only accepted 1/2 of the bottle/cans even though we bought all of them at Kroger. Went inside to the service desk which was closed, found my wife and left the store. Will never shop there again as I wasted my time, gas, and temper.

just left store. The kid that was filling meat told me that you don't sell rib eye steak, so he couldn't bring some out. Will not shop here again. The pet aisle was blocked off, told my another very rudely told by employee I couldn't go down the aisle and he doesn't know where the friskies was. I've never been treated this rude in any store in 50+years of shopping.

been shopping here 10 plus years. never been this bad! Kroger upcharges their food for bags and bagger and use of carts. so why am i being forced to use Uscan? im paying for a service. but im not getting it. also store smells like rotten veggies when you walk in. also mgr is rude. why must have more employees pushing those grey carts filling orders, then helping customers in the store?

4/3/2020- my third or fourth time to this store - Kroger Ford and Central City Parkway, Westland Michigan. Not only is this store not following COVID guidelines - BAGGER Wore GLOVES BUT SCRATCHED HER HEAD several times I BAGGED MYVOWN GROCERIES AND WAS RUSHED WITH NO LINE BEHIND ME....there is food on the shelves that is expired. A LOT OF FOOD- mostly international. 2 weeks ago- I saw a package of refrigerated tortillas that expired 9/19. Checked again yesterday, they're still there. So I started checking my food purchased from this store .. I spent $250 in groceries and 3 items are EXPIRED. And that's all I've found because now I'm looking. The total is $17. Not the point. WTF? Do your job, check dates. I will not shop at this store again. They JUST remodeled this store too.. and girl with the long braids- keep your gloves hands out of your hair.

This whole going to no cashiers is a joke. This Kroger was the best around but over the last year it has literally become a nightmare. You either check yourself out. Pay more for clicklist, or have to wait forever in line. Kroger get your s*** together. Amazon pantry is looking better and so is the meat market

Do not eat their Apple Pies, I bought a small Apple Pie because there were no Pumpkin pies left or they didn't feel like taking them out of the freezer, and when I got it home and cut a piece, it was terrible. Not that it wasn't fresh, but just tasted terrible, and here I paid $4.99 for it, I will never buy any baked goods like this anymore at this store. Matter of fact I am returning it tomorrow morning for a refund. I'm sure they will have no issue giving me a refund as long as I have my receipt, however, they need to know that these pies are terrible. Meijer seller better Apple Pies I learned in Canton.
