For being a busy location. You’d think that they would have a staffed location. 3 people for a Saturday night. That tells you all the owner thinks about is a profit. I’m waiting 20+ min for a hot n ready order that I planed ahead of time. Nothing against the workers. The ownsera should be ashamed of themselves. Once I get a recipe I’ll be calling corp. Seems all you care about is what you get deposited into your account. Your floors are gross (black buildup) your main door is sticky, your employees wanna quit. I’m glad you weren’t able to keep store #1 because honestly. This store is the worst kept, worst staffed, and by far the worst location I e ever been too. N I’ve been going to location #1 my whole life. You should be ashamed. Waiting 25 min now. Better off going to Wayne. If it’s by the same owner, same service. Do not go.

I drive out of my way to come here because I have ARFID, which makes eating really difficult. I’m unfortunately very specific about my food, and not every place cares to get it right, but this location has never let me down! Every single time, they make my order exactly how I ask: well done, light sauce. The flavor is consistently fantastic, and I never have to worry about it tasting different. It might seem silly, but that care and consistency means a lot to me, and it’s a huge reason I keep coming back. On top of that, the staff here is fast, friendly, and attentive. They always make me feel welcome by saying hi, chatting for a moment, or making sure I have everything for my order.
