Great customer service. Manager displays grace, even under the stresses of being understaffed and dealing with a stressful customer refund situation. Just don't order the pretzel crust and make sure they cook it all the way.

Stopped in this location after work and I’m glad I did.Becky has really great attitude and exceptional customer service. A lot of times with fast food you don’t expect to find upbeat workers , they usually want to get you in and out. Becky did just that but with a uplifting attitude. If she’s not the manger she needs to be, she also deserves a raise. She definitely set the tone for good customer service at this location.

Crazy bread did not have their typical Parmesan cheese/butter at all. Just plain breadsticks - first time it’s ever happened to me, weird. Giving 3 stars for product quality deterioration and extremely sharp price increases.
