Absolutely absurd and now one could even give me an answer.
Placed an order via the app. App said about 30 minutes. Ok. 40 minutes comes and goes and its still not even listed as in the oven. Finally at 45 minutes since ordering its listed as in oven so I drove to the store and waited outside in my car. This was a prepaid order for 1 pizza! I waited in the car for an additional 10 or so minutes and the app said it was ready but couldn't be placed in the pizza portal. So I go in and guess what its not ready. So we are at an hour.... where's the pizza? The one pizza? Meanwhile I watched them box up a ton of other pizzas. Dont tell me my foods ready and then make me wait longer. Do better!

Mike Ilitch would be ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE if he knew how poorly this LC was. Never in my life have I waited 10-15-20 minutes for food at LC, but you will wait every single time you go to this location. Ownership should close it down, it’s a catastrophe in this building. The only positive I have is the laughs I shared in the lobby with other guests who made the same poor decision to order there as we laughed about how poorly this place is ran. 0/10.

Been coming here for years. Never once have I been somewhere and the employees are complaining why are people coming in on a Wednesday at 7 pm for everyone to hear ?
Then yall let us wait in line to tell us it’s going to be 30 minutes for pizza when it could have been announced as people are coming in. And to top it off y’all’s employee was picking trash up off the floor and going back to normal work duties not washing their hands. Disgusting

Communication was nonexistent (no “I’ll be right with you” or “Your order is still in the oven”), not even an acknowledgment when I walked through the door (nor acknowledgement of other customers). Even though an employee peaked around the corner and made eye contact, he then proceeded to ignore all patrons in the lobby. I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes on an order after the Tracker said it was “Ready for Pickup,” and the staff had no clue as to when it would be ready (or even if it had been started). I can appreciate delays if you’re short-staffed, but I don’t see how or why this should hinder communication with your customers.

Currently 8 people in the lobby. No one came up here for 5 minutes. When they did, they started arguing. Ordered pizza 40 minutes ago for pickup in 25 minutes, they haven’t started cooking it yet. I have not seen them actually give anyone food in quite some time. Spend an extra dollar and go to Hungry Howie’s next door.

As a Door dasher had an order of 18 pizzas. It was ready on time and hot. During dinner rush. Joy and beech and ford and berwyn both had me there almost an hr waiting.

Hire more workers please 🙏 The verbal abuse I saw the lady at the counter take today is insane. Every angry customer yelling at her cause 25 orders still haven't been started. One lady ordered a pizza came to pick it up 1 hour later and was told it hasn't been started. That's ridiculous!

This location, Merriman Rd just N of Ann Arbor Tr, is horrible. Earlier this week I ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later and a man in his 70s who had already been waiting when I placed my order was still waiting for his pizza. I waited another 10 minutes and finally asked when my pizza would be ready. I was told they had not even made it yet. This is a billion dollar company. You ask customers to give your employees tips instead of paying them a living wage. You can't keep employees at this location and it is constantly understaffed. Zero reason why you can't do better to treat your customers better. That location has been there at least 50 years. You have lost this customer. Probably many others too. Do better.

Never go to this little caesar's in westland on merriman this man didn't was his hands after dealing with exchange of money from multiple customers. Then turns around, put his hand in the cheese bucket, puts it on someone's pizza and sticks it in the oven he looks nasty so I should have known better.
