I would 100% give this place a zero star if I could. The people that work here are rude as hell. I’ve tried to give this location numerous times a try and try again and yet it’s all fails. They are not doing their best. Go to the location on joy rd. It’s a lot better. Also it’s like they don’t care about their job neither. Pizza and crazy bread have been terrible. So I do not recommend this location. As much as I love little Cesar’s. This location is not it.

Food is ok but service is slow and terrible. Don't even bother to call and ask for an update, because they will just sound and act annoyed like how dare you ask for an update on an order you placed 20 minutes ago but still hasn't been placed in the oven.

If I could rate this place worse I would. Camelot to order a hot n ready and bread. Took 29 minutes to be greeted then was holding I wanted to place an order it was gonna be a minimum of 40 minutes. I agreed then the lady shoot her head in frustration when I told her I wanted to order. Took my order then it took almost a full hour to come out. No apologies nothing. This place is awful.

Literally the worst little caesars ever. They never have pizzas ready which is the whole point of little caesars. If you try and call they never pick up. This store is 3 minutes from my house and now drive to one that is 10 minutes away because its faster. Their employees dont care at all. Do not go here.

Is it too much to ask for a HOT ‘n ready to be somewhat warm? A 5 minute trip home shouldn’t result in a room temp pizza and rock hard breadsticks. This location is so inconsistent you’re either getting hours old product or you’re waiting for it to be made with zero timeframe of when it’s done. I mean the whole purpose of the hot ‘n ready is for the pizza to be both hot, and ready, is it not?

If you for some odd reason choose to go here prepare to have all the staff hiding in back ignoring everybody for 15 minutes or until you finally decide to leave, I work in the pizza industry so I’m pretty understanding but when you AREN’T BUSY there is zero excuse for this B.S.

Placed an order via the app. App said about 30 minutes. Ok. 40 minutes comes and goes and its still not even listed as in the oven. Finally at 45 minutes since ordering its listed as in oven so I drove to the store and waited outside in my car. This was a prepaid order for 1 pizza! I waited in the car for an additional 10 or so minutes and the app said it was ready but couldn't be placed in the pizza portal. So I go in and guess what its not ready. So we are at an hour.... where's the pizza? The one pizza? Meanwhile I watched them box up a ton of other pizzas. Dont tell me my foods ready and then make me wait longer. Do better!

Mike Ilitch would be ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE if he knew how poorly this LC was. Never in my life have I waited 10-15-20 minutes for food at LC, but you will wait every single time you go to this location. Ownership should close it down, it’s a catastrophe in this building. The only positive I have is the laughs I shared in the lobby with other guests who made the same poor decision to order there as we laughed about how poorly this place is ran. 0/10.

Been coming here for years. Never once have I been somewhere and the employees are complaining why are people coming in on a Wednesday at 7 pm for everyone to hear ? Then yall let us wait in line to tell us it’s going to be 30 minutes for pizza when it could have been announced as people are coming in. And to top it off y’all’s employee was picking trash up off the floor and going back to normal work duties not washing their hands. Disgusting
