Slow slow slow. Horrible customer service. I don't think many people expect a 5-star experience from a little Caesars, but if you're making people wait 30 minutes for something that should be hot and ready, you're clearly doing something wrong.
I don't usually complain but I gave them multiple chances over 4 months and somehow the situation is still the same. Aren't you guys tired of being unprepared and dealing with so many frustrated customers? Hello Management?

This used to be our favorite location for good quality pizza. A year ago I gave 5 star review. Not anymore; 1 star rating now....Very disappointing experience tonight!!! Called restaurant after got home to discuss our concerns. No apology, no offer to replace food on another visit. Young man I spoke to said he was "a manager". Asked if they were under new mgmt, or had new cooks, looking for some plausible explanation for why food quality has declined so much recently. Was told "not exactly but corporate is making it harder for us to do our jobs". Not sure what that means....(!?!) We Ordered a Lg Thin Crust pizza, Italian Cheese Bread and Herb crazy puffs w/sauce-Our "standard order". EVERYTHING was overcooked!!( see pictures) The ICB and Puffs looked scant on cheese, and somewhat burned/overdone. The crazy puffs looked disgusting, I'm sorry to say. The thin crust pizza was overcooked and didn't look "fresh", although when we went to pick up the order, we had to wait on it to come out of the oven. I just didn't get the feeling this manager really cared that our order was less than Little Ceasar's quality standards.đ

I ordered a crazy combo in person & received my order as quickly as I paid. When I got home I discovered the crazy bread was burnt and hard. Very disappointed, it did not taste good either. My kids wouldnât even eat it.

The food is always hot and delicious. I do wish they wouldn't overfill the to go warmers because it makes it hard to get it all out and theyre not very helpful/friendly when youre struggling. Also don't enjoy the side sauces going in the takeout ovens and being warmed up. But overall, I enjoy coming here and getting food. We will definitely be back!

I never write reviews, but the customer service from the big lady is terrible. I came in at 9:20 when you guys close at 10pm. Sat there for 10 minutes without someone helping me and didnât say a word I figured they were busy or understaffed. She tells me she canât make my order because itâs past 9:30. Wonât be back. And no I donât want nothing free. Donât waste your time with this establishment

Ordered at 8:08 for the pizza portal pickup at 9. Practically an entire hour ahead - only had a pretzel pizza and crazy bread. Tell me why the crazy bread wasnât ready and took 10 extra minutes? For breadsticks?? Ordered an hour ago??!
Not only that, but the lady at the desk was taking her time and put our pizza on a rack with no heat lamp. Why not just put it in the heated portal where itâs supposed to be? It was cold even though the breadsticks were hot when we got home. The pizza would have been amazing if it was the right temperature!
Worst part - the breadsticks (that made us wait and our pizza get cold) didnât have ANY butter brushed on so they were dry, stuck together in a clump, completely unappetizing, and breaking apart into an absolute waste. I am not eating that garbage.
This is the only location near us that serves the pretzel pizza, but because of their poor quality and service, it is not worth it.
