Huge shout out to the employees for your fast response that avoided a disaster and many tears!
I had a Birthday party today with 55 guests coming and had placed an online order 3 days ago for 22 pizzas for a 12:30 pick up time at a different location and while I was on my way to pickup the order they cancelled it! I drove to the Westland location and explained what had happened and they made the order and had it ready for me in 30 minutes! They were so great about it...

The food is always hot and delicious. I do wish they wouldn't overfill the to go warmers because it makes it hard to get it all out and theyre not very helpful/friendly when youre struggling. Also don't enjoy the side sauces going in the takeout ovens and being warmed up. But overall, I enjoy coming here and getting food. We will definitely be back!

Have been going here since I was a kid, and it's my go to location. Employees are always friendly even though they are constantly swamped. I mostly use pizza portal so I don't take someone away from doing something else. Very convenient as well!
