After waiting almost 30 minutes in drive thru we received cold fries cooked with rancid grease.
Revisited drive thru on 12/21/24- Quarter pounder was ripped apart in box, fries were almost raw, both orders had wrong drinks.
Attempted to revisit 1/13/2025 - asked to pull forward to wait on 2 sausage biscuits. After 5 cars were served behind me I decided to go in for a refund. Floor supervisor Amandeep attempted to give me too much back. This location has consistently provided poor product and customer service. All attempts to reach upper management have failed.

They gave me the wrong order, and when I asked for the correct food they gave me burgers caked with salt and pepper mix. The soda also appears to have been made with almost only syrup. Too bad because service was better a few years ago.

This location is not open 24/7. The hours posted on the door of the location are not followed by staff as they often close early or refuse to take orders in the drive thru.
I came in about 1220-1230ish and short story, I was ordering for my family and my dad thought it was breakfast time, so as I was at the counter I had to change my order. I guess that as an order is being taken you can basically send. Unfortunately never got her name, but the worker was very nice, understanding and did her job. she took it off and went to the back so what I assume as her communicating that. As I was at the counter still, a manager BILLY, came out and really just scolded her as i’m in front of her. Saying did she take it off (which she did), she’s wasting product, lalala. I would’ve said something, but it was unexpected and he walked off right after. I apologized and she said it’s okay which is wrong. wrong as hell. I work in customer service, that would’ve had me damned if a customer said that to me, so a manager ?? and that’s really did nothing but try to embarrass her. I got my food and drinks, I asked to speak to BILLY. he was looked for and another manager came out, so he denied the request as the coward i’m seeing him to be. Apparently they’re in a lunch rush, but not a few moments before when he had the time to come out and say that. watch who you talk to and what you say to people and not just when there’s people around. you are not special.

McDonald's is my spot. Who doesn't love a McFry ok. I've loved McDonald's since I can remember. Big Mac, Chicken nuggets plus the old nuggets B4 the changed them, McFish sandwich & the desserts. Ice cream is my favorite dessert ever.

Gabbie manager would not believe me she was standing next to him .. her employee had so much cologne on it was on food and drink. Young short lady at window gave me my food I said there is a pop too. With snotty attitude says I know. But had to wait still for pop which usuallygiven first. Mine you ordered at 1030am (make sure hot food) and food cold fries and mcnuggets. Why? lunch just started. Usually good service today HORRIBLE!! And I bet Mcdonalds won't do a thing!!
20 minutes had me pull up then come out no drink and say no orange juice, no coffee, no cappuccino, and only some pops. And is looking at me like I’m the issue this should have been said off the start of the order. 10 more minutes for a cola and never got it I pulled off. Finished with this location before work.
