I went through the drive-thru with my children and ordered 3 steak egg and cheese bagels. The drive thru service was actually fast and pleasant. Upon receiving my orange juice I was asked to pull up and our bagels would be brought to us which I completely understood because of what I ordered after receiving our order I proceeded to my next destination but once I was able to begin eating my sandwich after two bites I noticed the meat was undercooked I called the restaurant to try to get the order fixed and the lady who answered the phone was absolutely rude firstly she answered the phone by only saying “McDonald’s” after I introduced myself and began explaining the situation she rudely cut me short told me I would have to come get it remade and hung up! I was in such disbelief that I called back because at this point I wanted to know the name of the person I was just speaking to and nobody answered. I rarely eat at McDonald’s so for this to be the experience I get when I decide to dine with them I most definitely won’t be back here. Whoever that woman was should definitely seek management training

I had a hair in my food and they didn’t apologize. I received a new crappy burger after waiting for a while but I felt it should’ve been handled better. Another time received the wrong item. Customer service isn’t great and they’re slow.

I was up here getting food and they yet again messed up I tried calling up 5 times with no answer I drove up and they tried to give me food that was sitting there so I asked it to be remade and while I was waiting saw this working in non appropriate McDonald uniform and half her back out I’m sorry nobody wants to see that while I’m getting food do better it’s trashy

Pretty good for a McDs. Friendly staff, especially Janae (sp) who was super polite and acknowledged all her customers and told them have a nice day. In a rush, with 10+ people lined up her and the staff, kept cool, and got the food out.

On November 10,2025. I visited this McDonald’s on my way to work. The service and food was horrible. The lady that took my order was very nice and friendly but that where it ended. Driving up to receive my food the chick that gave me my food is very unprofessional, she tore my bag as she was giving me my food, my food was cold it was as if someone else ordered this meal and left. I asked for fresh fries, I got soggy fries, the nuggets were old and the Big Mac and double cheeseburger was old as if it was sitting around. I 45 minutes away there no way for me to bring the food back so I threw it away and went to work with no lunch. I wasted damn near $20 for some cold left out food. I work in customer service and I have never treated my customers in such a way, this is a disgrace with my McDonald’s being the leading fast food chain. Bullshit do better. I really would like my money back I still have my receipt but the food is in the garbage.

Update: 4 years later, still terrible. Check your food, if they are out of an item/condiment they will simply remove it and not inform you. $8 sandwich for a cheat meal and it wasn't even complete. Pulled around to the window "oh sorry, we're out of that, that's why it's not on there" no offer in compromise, just awkwardly closed the window...

I stay around the corner so this is tje closest mcdonald's to me There never open at night beyond 11pm most nights and never open at 6am drive thru how ia this mcdonald's 24 hours when they're only serving throughout the day to the early evening never open late nights or early in the morning google should change the hours there open cause it definitely not 24 hours
I just got food from here the water looks cloudy like it’s white they’re rude the food was totally gross there’s a man working theee that is racist trying to charge me for a iced water and the other girl came to the window and she laughed when I was gonna give her the 50 cents if I could go there and throw this water and food on him I would.!! Will never have my service again.
