WORST location ever. They always get your order wrong and some stuff will be missing from your order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Then they’ll make you wait an eternity to replace what’s missing from your order.

I've gone to this location more than others just because it's the closest to home. As a person who doesn't ever like cheese on their burger, they seem to never listen to my custom request to remove it, but that's a lot of McD's and all fast food places... I've started going elsewhere for my burgs as they also like to perform employee training seminars in the play place.... on weekends!? They kicked us out so my son was excited for nothing.

The experience I had was mediocre. It could have been better, but then again it could have been worse! My sandwich had a small dot of tartar sauce, was dry, and was not hot. My fries were full of rock hard crunchy end pieces. I was told thank you and to have a nice day upon receiving my order.

Placed my order over the mobile app. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes, 4 cars were helped at the other speaker in that time. Finally switched speakers. Was told my order wasn't ready yet??? They told me to pull up. I waited. 35 minutes after I placed my order I walked in and asked where my food was. Wasnt ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally got my food. No straws. Asked for straws, twice, was ignored. YELLED "excuse me" and got "I'll be with you in a second". Finally got my straws and got in the car. Food was cold and stale and I was missing a fry. Whats the point in ordering ahead with the app if you then have to wait 40 MINUTES to get your cold stale food??? I'd like a refund but the app makes it stupidly hard to figure out how to get one.
One of the worst McDonald’s i’ve ever been to. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t necessarily have high hopes whenever I visit this fast food chain, but my experience here last night was ridiculous. I came in with 3 friends, and immediately we were greeted with an attitude from a male worker. My food was cold and items were missing, my coffee tasted like sink water, my friend’s hamburger was incorrect, and my other friend’s hamburger had a PIECE OF PAPER IN THE BURGER PATTY. There was also another very kind woman at the front attempting to get the attention of the two workers (one very cocky male and one disrespectful female) dealing with customers and they both looked at her and continued to ignore her. These employees were very sassy and clearly miserable. If you can’t handle hospitality and hate people, maybe don’t work in the restaurant industry?? Genuinely the rudest employees and nastiest food/drink i’ve ever received from a McDonald’s. Health inspector come take a visit!

They made me wait in the Drive-Thru line and did not speak to me until the clock passed 10:30 so I couldn't get breakfast extremely unprofessional I am in disbelief that that just happened right now
