If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Long lines, horrible customer service and don't let them ask you to pull up and wait for something, you might as well drive off because you'll wait forever and still give you cold food

They messed my food up was told I could come back the next day to get a refund because I went right to work after getting my food. Went back and they were rude and said thats not how it works.

Went to drive through which had both lanes open… when the split happened I took the second lane. Watched 7 cars get through the first lane to only have 2 get through the second…. Waited a couple minutes shouted, the lane wasn’t working… no cones no sigh just half the line going nowhere… I didn’t want to wait behind 5-6 cars that were behind me to just try placing a order by driving though the lane without being able to order… no consideration of customers time. If the lanes broke mark it!

Worst McDonalds in the area. Never manage to get order right, staff outright lies to customers. I get that it's a McDonald's, but it's clear the staff are only there as an excuse to collect a pay check.

Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Ordered a frozen coke and I got HALF a cup of coke and most of it was foam. Don’t fill the cups all the way and half a thing of fries, the burgers I got were so sloppily put together they were literally falling apart, as well as no straws. Not the first issue I’ve had but definitely the one that topped the brim.

WORST location ever. They always get your order wrong and some stuff will be missing from your order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Then they’ll make you wait an eternity to replace what’s missing from your order.

Was sitting at the second speaker for a good 10 minutes, had a whole line form behind me when no one was in line.
If no one is working the second speaker, they should really block it off or leave a note saying no one is working it. Waste of my time.

Grab my daughter a kids meal on the way to dance and the mobile app wasn't working which is fine, but the attitude of order taker and the person at second windows passing out food was just terrible

Part of my order was forgotten they were very non helpful and disorganized maybe understaffed I also ask for table side I ended up having to go up to get my order and get my missing items , it was not a good place and won't be going back

I've gone to this location more than others just because it's the closest to home. As a person who doesn't ever like cheese on their burger, they seem to never listen to my custom request to remove it, but that's a lot of McD's and all fast food places...
I've started going elsewhere for my burgs as they also like to perform employee training seminars in the play place.... on weekends!? They kicked us out so my son was excited for nothing.

The experience I had was mediocre. It could have been better, but then again it could have been worse! My sandwich had a small dot of tartar sauce, was dry, and was not hot. My fries were full of rock hard crunchy end pieces. I was told thank you and to have a nice day upon receiving my order.
