The service at the entire restaurant has gotten incredibly poor. We have always enjoyed this particular McDonald's because the food was fresh and hot and it has changed a lot and the service isn't up to standard like it used to be.

How is this location still in business with all the negative reviews? RUDE employees, wrong order and you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. The employee or “manager” (black lady w/ long braids) treats customers like garbage, yet she says they are short staffed…..well I wonder why. Who would want to work for her! She’s just Nasty!

I was there yesterday for a app order. The order never went through to them but was charged through my PayPal and taken out of my account. The manager on duty (I wish I could remember her name? I remember she said she was helping from a different location) she was the nicest person I have ever encountered! They were busy it was dinner time but she still was so kind and helpful. I never used the McDonald's app before, I don't know if I will use it in the future? (now am trying to get my money back from my order) that is not a McDonald's employee issue! That is a app issue. The employees there were all busy working hard while my daughter and I were there. The the manager not only was doing the same but was just great at her job! We will definitely be back just in the drive thru the old fashioned way... Lol. But really wish I would have asked what store she ran.. (managed at) she needs her own store!

Like to come in for McNuggets and fries on occasion when I am there the food takes 30-50 minutes to be ready and given to me. Also sometimes the nuggets taste like they aren’t new and had been sitting for a while. This isn’t the service Ray Kroc dedicated his life trying to deliver people the “speedy” system. I thought it was called fast food not slow food where people forget what you order and you have to remind them and of other things they forgot to give you. And it’s during times where it’s not even backed up. Not saying it happens everytime I go there but sometimes it does and I’ve seen customers just walk out the door cuz it was taking too long. If you order from there I would recommend just doing curbside cuz then it’ll be taken out within 5 to 10 minutes. And when you do a mobile order for any sort of ice cream you won’t ever get any cuz the machine never works and yet they advertise the new shamrock shake on their building. And they will give you alternatives that are cheaper than what you spent.

Witnessed Illicit drug use while dining here in plain sight… an individual with questionable intentions came in with numerous bags and took up residence in a booth all while cutting up substances and breaking up marijuana. He proceeded to smoke it out in front of the establishment while leaving a disastrous mess in the lobby of cigarette tubes, a marijuana grinder, trash and luggage. The staff was near non existent up front to report this to. The facility was sub par, only two high chairs for the whole facility both were filthy. All but one kiosk was broken, was out of receipt paper as it usually is at all McDonald’s. my order was incomplete and I was given one packet of ketchup for 4 people ordering and waited in excess of 5-10 plus minutes to get more but gave up so I didn’t have to eat cold food. The staffing levels and availability of staff is dismal especially at a time when business was slower than I typically see. The gentleman who was cleaning outside of the facility was smoking a cigarette as well, that should have been my first indication of staying away. I will never set foot in or near this location… extremely unsafe and riddled with questionable individuals and drugs.

I just got A big Mac from another McDonald's.About 2 days Before and it was the Bom The big Mac I got from there was dry with hardly any big Mac sauce. Or anything on it, it was kind of horrible.
