I noticed prices went up from last year&volume has gone down. I was told they weigh everything now,which is NOT proportionate to product vs price! I used to love coming here consistently but now u lost a valued customer including my word of mouth.

This is a fantastic local spot where the staff is super friendly, very kind and patient, and the treats are absolutely delicious and well priced.

I brought my class for a field trip to talk about producers and consumers/supply and demand and have an ice cream cone. They had a blast!!! They asked a ton of questions and the manager was super patient and had some fun with them. We even took a snack back for our principal.

Tried the week's special, mint chocolate chip soft serve. Yes, I said soft serve, and it was nice and minty. They have a different flavor every week.

We love the employees there and frequently visit at least twice a week. My daughter even loves the ice cream earrings that they have for sale

Okay I don’t know what is going on this season but service is terrible! We have been coming here bare minimum once a week (sometimes three times a week) for the last 4 years. I’m not sure if the new hires just don’t care or if they have not been properly trained. Last three times we got the same exact ice creams, and all three times the price was different. I don’t mind paying due to the fact that I add extra toppings, but different price for the same thing?? I DON’T LIKE THAT! To top it off, depending on who is making your ice cream depends on the taste and amount. There has been ZERO CONSISTENCY this year. Not only are they charging me whatever they feel like, but now the product doesn’t even taste the same?? There was only two people in front of us today so you can’t even blame the hap-hazardous way the toppings were thrown in with no care for taste on a rush!! There is no excuse! We will not be back for a longggg time, if we ever decide to come back. You just lost regulars, please learn to train your new hires.

My daughter called wrong location so when we showed up to pick up our order we found out she called wrong place so they refused to take our order and made my daughter cry cause I was really busy and had to get back to work so I didn't have time to drive to other location

Blue eyed blonde came to the window while rolling her eyes. We said "hi" she said "what do your want!" Then she proceeded to tell her coworker to take care of those people! She didn't want to take our order. We only said hi and that was within 1 minute that she decided she didn't want to service us. We would NEVER return. We walked away. The next couple that didn't look like us, while she was all smiles and happy to serve them. Guess we didn't fit the criteria. A HARD PASS!
