Called and was put on hold but could hear everything going on even after the customer left and was still on hold listening to the workers. Not good customer service. Id rather not listen to them talk and just order my food. Needs more training.

What a disappointment!!!

I was so happy to hear Nautilus was opening up again!! Me and my family have been going here since the original owner was working. To find out it’s a completely different family running the gig.

Nautilus use to have amazing deals on all there food, I go to order a family meal deal and was told they will no longer be doing ANY deals! With how bad times are these days, you would think they would think of the customers a little more. Before they closed down me and my family were going to nautilus 3 to 4 times a week because their deals you couldn’t beat!! The pizza does NOT taste the same not even close! There is not enough sauce on the pizza, the bread sticks are not the same more like a cheese pizza just cut in “fingers” and they did not make my pizzas correctly! I am so bummed about the whole experience, I was looking forward to giving Nautilus a lot of business!

Not everybody knows that Nautilus did go out of business and the party store owner next door is just reopened Nautilus on October 7th at 11:00 a.m. this morning I stopped in picked up the usual Nautilus sub some cheesy fingers and a pepperoni ?

This place is no longer in business, but in another month or so, a new takeout restaurant will open here. I hope that the food will be a lot better.

Ordered online, went to go pick the food up they just gave it to some random person apparently. Forcing me to now wait while they remake my order.
