I worked here for a little over a month. Let's just say they don't pay employees. Bad place to work, Even worse place to play games at. Half the time the game that the customer wanted to play wasn't installed. They have bad internet here. outdated selection of games and outdated consoles. Places like this give gaming lounges a bad rep!!

This place has really gone downhill. Phone line hasn't worked in ages, no updates anywhere on social media or their website as to when they are actually open. Have frequently found the open sign on, but doors are locked and it doesn't look like anyone is inside. Not even a sign on the door to say if staff is coming back or not.

Saw this place online and decided to check it out it’s really cool! My son enjoyed himself and the lady there was really nice, she even played a game with us. Good experience will be visiting again soon

This place is an Age Discriminatory employer, so no matter how much experience you may have, if you're too old, they will not hire you. This place is apparently managed by immature and unprofessional minded people, and you're better off avoiding this place.

The receptionist was very rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. She wanted me to pay before looking at the games on the shelf. I turned right around and never came back.

I had a very bad experience there ! I don’t know who is the manager there but the process is awful. My controller died after 20 minutes of playing (was fully charged) and after that I was not allowed to use another controller, I was asked to wait until the controller charges abroad and just stand there doing nothing ?, the place was empty and the employee could have just allowed us to use another controller, basically it was a rip off. I would not recommend that place for anyone, unfortunately I was excited to try it. Either the manager or the employee is ruining the place.

The lady there treat me and my friend badly. She is very uncooperative so we left before finishing our game. When we tried to tell her we need to talk to the manager, she replied I am the manager. Please don’t go there because you will lose your money.

My Xbox isn’t compatible with my hotel room TV so I found this lounge searching on Google and it’s pretty local and very affordable. They young lady that works there was very quiet but nice and helpful. I actually went yesterday with my daughter and she ended up teaching herself to play Minecraft on PS4 and I played some zombie game then Apex Legends on Xbox One. I am in the process of moving but I will go back again if I’m ever back in town but I do recommend people to go if they need a place to chill at & play games if they don’t own their own gaming consoles
