When I come to this location the employees there are always friendly and ready to serve. The store appears pretty clean. Its just that if you make a call in order, the phone line sucks and you wait on hold only to get a busy signal. I always have to place my order in person. Other than that, its a great place for breakfast, lunch , or dinner.

My grilled cheese and tomato soup hit the spot with the cold temps outside.
Just picked up my order for work Dec 1,2019. Older guy with glasses, would say gentleman but that's far from the case, in a maroon shirt who went into the back is pretty rude. Never experienced that at Panera until today. Will stick to the Canton location for future orders.

Great Green Goddess salad with chicken. I got the pick two with Autumn Squash soup. It was great for 14 bucks with a tea. I wish it was a bit less expensive for half portions. Wonderful for a first time experience. The picture was after I already started eating.
