I'm a doordash driver. I got $141 order for eight pizzas to be delivered. It was a bogus order and I took the pizzas back to the store. Later that week I find out they said I didn't return the pizzas and I had to fight and argue to get my money that I earned. All because the lazy person or manager at the store didn't do their job properly

This is a lousy company with lousy customer service as well! The person that answered the phone put me on hold twice because she is the only one working at this store. She usually gets the orders from a foreign call center, which I found difficult to understand, so I asked if I could order directly from the store. Not to mention call center person hung up on me twice because I couldn't understand her strong accent! The person at the store was obviously not happy about having to answer the phone. Ok, I won't force you to take my money. Never again!

I ordered a pizza on September 18, 2025, at 6:40 PM according to the receipt it is considered a Papa call got the pizza. The pizza was overcooked and did not taste good at all. I ordered and picked this pizza up after I got off of work Tried it and placed the rest in my refrigerator. Call the next day. Spoke with the manager. Spoke with customer service. And the manager stated because it was yesterday and it was a call. They had no way of tracking this order and couldn't care less about accommodating a customer who still had a pizza that I could have brought back to get a remake. It’s clear to me that this location has no issues with getting poor reviews with the preparation of the food.

Ordered a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni, got a regular crust pepperoni and onion delivered called back and was told they call refund me or remake my food and I would have to pick it up with a 30 minute wait . Absolutely ridiculous

Very rude. Their website clearly states they close at 11pm I called to confirm hours because the last time I tried to order at 9pm they called and told me they’re canceling the order bc they’re closing. Guy on the phone rudely said they close at 9:30 and that the website is probably not updated

I just ordered from this location tonight (December 28th 2024) at 9:55pm. I thought the store closed at 11 so i thought it was plenty of time for my order to be made. At 10:30 they called me and told me they canceled my order because they were already closed. I looked at the hours and it said 10:40 pm closing time. Who the hell closes at 10:40pm on a Saturday night? I gave them plenty of time to make my order so there is no excuse for why they didnt make it. Now i'm left frustrated and hungry because i was lookign forward to their delicious food and signiture garlic butter sauce that i cannot have. i sure hope there is a good reason for this cancelation, otherwise i hate to have to not order here again.
