I just ordered from this location tonight (December 28th 2024) at 9:55pm. I thought the store closed at 11 so i thought it was plenty of time for my order to be made. At 10:30 they called me and told me they canceled my order because they were already closed. I looked at the hours and it said 10:40 pm closing time. Who the hell closes at 10:40pm on a Saturday night? I gave them plenty of time to make my order so there is no excuse for why they didnt make it. Now i'm left frustrated and hungry because i was lookign forward to their delicious food and signiture garlic butter sauce that i cannot have. i sure hope there is a good reason for this cancelation, otherwise i hate to have to not order here again.

I usually try not to complain much being a service worker as well but Jesus Christ guys they either immediately cancel my order or they don't deliver it or something is missing among other issues and I try and be nice but they are just rude all the time I really don't get it I used to like ordering here when I didn't have the time or energy to cook but now I'm better off not even bothering it's just disappointing now I'm just hungry and upset again and at first I tried to just accept maybe they were just new people or just poorly trained but I now believe they simply do not care at all

Ordered a pizza an hour in advance to be delivered at 7. 745 no pizza. They say they don't know when it's coming. I can't come get it and they won't refund it because its "in the oven." Should have been in the oven at 6 when I ordered it. Also since when does their website ordering count as a door dash? Hire your own delivery drivers. They say they can't tellnwhen delivery is coming because its door dash but ordered on their site. We ordered pizza because its supposed to be quick.
Staff were very friendly. Excellent customer service. Good was very good. Prices are good too!

The girl that helped me was on point she was the star here, I watched as she by herself was running the place...taking phone, online, and walk-ins orders and got it all right.. if anything at all needs to be highlighted here it's her amazing ? I was impressed. Aside from that food was good and hot and location was a normal pizza place nothing else.

This was my absolute worst experience at a Papa John’s, this has been my favorite pizza chain since being a child. But this store had the rudest guy working the front seemed like he was super mad about something, also my food was over cooked literally burnt completely ruined the taste. This location just must not understand nor care for the integrity of the Papa John’s reputation.

If I could put -5 stars for service I totally would. I ordered here few months ago so it was saved in my phone, I'm no longer in that area and forgot to change my store, figured it would automatically update(that's totally my fault) I placed an order and noticed it after going to pick it up, I called this location and explained and asked for it be canceled or transfered to my current location.. the guy who was speaking to me was very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend this location at all. They hire people with anger management problems. This needs corrected asap.
