Absolutely HORIBLE employees! Way over priced. Employees are rude, and always on their phone. Gave me a huge attitude when I was trying to order a pretzel. Will never go back again.

This place has gone down hill... Have been coming regularly for years and they are now always are out of pretzels. I asked the 16yr old once why this is and she said her manager says to only put three pretzels on at a time. So if you happen to walk up right behind someone who orders them than welp no pretzels.

Dipping sauce will stain your clothes, so don't wear white, or for that matter, get "Pretzy In Pink." Inside a sleepy Mall in west Detroit, with not a lot of people coming through here. It's understandable that they don't bake fresh pretzels to order, but that's the only kind I go for. Bae's Pretzel was anything but fresh. In fact tasted so stale that after a couple of bites each it went in the trash. And by trash I mean it got handed out to birds outside. And I mean actual birds not British slang birds. So it's not our favourite but the girl making it for us was nice.
