Fantastic experience, food is always fabulous and tasty. Stevie (Manager) went out of his way to make sure we were cared for. Great service and kind.Definitely recommend to family and friends.PS .... the cheddar biscuits remind me of my Grandmother.Great job Steve and team!

I drive from dearborn at least once a month to come to this location specifically. The food is always great and I love how attentive the staff is. Jordon one of the managers makes coming here a no brainer, treats us like family thank you to everyone for the hospitality ?

Food was good. They seated me way in the back, even though lots of empty tables closer. Didn't bother me until later when my server disappeared toward end of my meal, wanted to leave but my bill never came so I gave up waiting and I walked up to the entrance of restaurant and told them I wanted to leave and I needed my bill. A different server told me my server was in the back. I told her I didn't care where she was, I told her I wanted my bill. After waiting another 5 minutes, my server appeared and told me I was supposed to pay in the back (at my table.). I told her I never got my bill. She said she gave it to me, but I never saw it. She disappeared and came back with my bill. No apologies, she acted like it was my fault. No plans on going back.

We came in one night well before closing for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was relatively slow and empty, on a Sunday evening. When giving our party information a man who was casually lounging in the waiting area interrupted the host and told her we’d have to wait for a table, although the restaurant had nearly no diners because there was no one to take our party. Mind you this guy was literally playing on his phone a moment prior. ??‍♀️But like I said, we were celebrating a birthday so we said ok we’ll wait. The man then clarified if we would be waiting inside or in our car… in the below freezing weather. That question was out of the ordinary and clearly dropped the hint that he was pushing us to abandon our dinner plans. We then had to wait nearly an hour to be seated. As soon as we were seated, we were told the kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes ? and we would need to place our orders immediately. We brought this up with a manager and were told there was nothing they could do, despite it being their fault we were ordering so late. We’d barely gotten through our food when they were cleaning around us. The chef even came out and was awkwardly watching us waiting for us to finish and get out. It was wildly disrespectful, unprofessional and off putting to say the least.This was terrible and by far the worst experience I’ve had at any red lobster location. The management is awful and the employees are rude and evidently lazy as well. Save your money and go anywhere else.
