Very comfortable environment it gives jetsons vibes to me and it’s unique. Kids get free balloons which they love and you don’t find many places that treat children like they also matter. It doesn’t feel like they just want your money they aim to please.

Ordered online, got there 5 min after the pickup time. They took my name and waited 20min. Another guy walked in to pick up too and the teo hostest walk in the back and bring his food first and then mine. . . . .burger and fries where ice cold. Never again

Sometimes it can be a little loud depending on what time you’re there, but better atmosphere than most and the food is Always Delicious and perfect temperature. The staff are always friendly and professional.

Our group of 4 was very cramped in the corner of the restaurant. Our server was constantly coming back to ask us what our order was. I got a burger and it was way under done nearly raw (wish I could've taken a picture). The other 3 said their food was just ok and that we could've gone somewhere else for cheaper.

The group I was with called the day before and requested a section for 23 ppl. Turned out we had 27. When the first person got there, there was a request to have waters ready for everyone. Problem #1) that did not happen. Problem #2) when the waters were finally brought, there were lemon wedges in all the glasses. Not taking into consideration someone may have a citrus allergy. When the server was asked if he could bring waters with no lemons, he said, “you can just pull the lemon out of the glass yourself”.
Problem #3) there was ONLY 1 server working a party of 27 people. Do you know how long it takes for 1 server to take 27 orders? Way too long. Again, the restaurant was notified the day before, prepare ahead of time for more servers. Problem #4) by the time the food got passed out, it was no longer hot. He might have had 2 other server help him bring the food out but they didn’t bother to help serve the guests. There SHOULD have been 2 or 3 servers working a party of 27. Problem #5) after 1 and a half hour later of the server taking the meal orders, there was still a guest who had not even gotten his food.
Problem #6) this whole time the manager NEVER came to see how everyone was doing or how their meals were during service. Which means they either didn’t care or there was no management there. There definitely was not team work involved.

Veronica was my server. I had ordered an item that was too spicy and I could not enjoy it. I was disappointed however I was really grateful that Veronica was gracious about letting me change my order after I had already placed it. Her patience and professionalism made my dining experience enjoyable.😀
