Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My daughter ordered the chicken fajitas and the chicken had no fajita seasoning on it. Just a bland cut up piece of chicken. I ordered the wings and received them over chips. Didn't care for the chips and the wings were cold. She brought me fresh cooked ones and in the bottom of the basket was a good size puddle of oil that was enough to turn your stomach. When I showed it to our waitress, the pretty little girl from Pakistan, she blew me off with a smile. Also, tried to let her know we needed mustard and she put her finger out as though she was too busy for me to mention it to her. Racing around to hurry up and take care of people may come with good intentions but don't make for quality service or food. I am not one to not leave a nice tip but being dismissed about the oil in the basket with a smile and a "uh huh", was not the right answer of show of concern.

I came in last Tuesday and was greeted by my server, Jamie. She was fine at first, but then things took a twisted turn. With my order, I wanted 2 cups of ranch and one cup of ketchup. she repeatedly forgot these three times, but I kindly reminded her each time she came back. The last time she came back I reminded her again and she said oh my God I’m getting them. She then walked away and came back with only one ranch cup, and one cup of ketchup. I remind her again that I needed another cup of ranch for my kid, and she said you actually have to be joking me i’m working on it. I’m not sure if she’s new so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt, but I don’t think asking for 2 cups of ranch and ketchup. Is that crazy especially when I planned on tipping her and paying for the sauces. Please work on this. Please be positive. Please be persuasive. Please be pleasant please Be protective. Please be cautious of these measures.

The food is always good. The service is great. We enjoy coming to this location.

I oredered the Pig Out Double Burger
with American cheese, Candied bacon and bacon crumbles, lettuce, tomato, and mayo on a toasted sesame bun with Steak Fries. I thought the Pig Out Double Burger was small but still good. The Steak was good but felt like they gave small portion. 4 Stars.

I ordered a whiskey River chicken wrap, which is one of my favorites or at least it used to be. My chicken was cold! I think that was the worst service I’ve ever had there!

Always love coming to Red Robin. First time at this location. Had a very nice waitress and service was good.
Food was really good as well. No complaints.

The lack of customer service is deplorable! I waited at the host stand for probably five minutes. During that time a waiter walks past looks at me, doesn't acknowledge that I'm there, doesn't let me know that someone would be with me NOTHING! FINALLY the host pokes her head out of the back and sees me. I also noticed this to be the pattern with the host stand. Having people just standing there, before anyone takes notice.My waitress was ok, but dull and really didn't seem to want to take my order. This Red Robin is trash. The one in ypsilanti is friendly, helpful and they take the time to acknowledge you as a customer. I won't be back, because it's always like this! I will say my fries were perfect so kudos to the fry guy or gal!

Blonde Bartender was rude (1:30 on Tuesday 2/4). Asked for change couldn't be bothered since she was on her phone and she told us to see the server….We already cashed out, in a rush and our server was visibly busy. Wanted to leave our server (who gave amazing service) a better tip than the cash I had. Wouldn’t have been as upset if she was at least nice about it.

Funny that the first Red Robin I go to is one 350 miles away and not the one down the street. I wasn't blown away or anything, but it was pretty good. Wait staff was awesome.

I don't care what city or state you go to. Red Robin's have the most awesome burgers and the coldest beer in the crunchiest fries or you can order them to be the softest fries. I love Red robins

Visited 3 weeks ago, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. Its been 6 years since I've been to a red robin, and now I remember why. Service was TERRIBLE. The couple next to us sat down, waited 5 minutes, and just left after no one came to wait on them. The other family next to us was complaining to the manager about the food.

Our food finally came, after a lengthy wait, and it was awful. My wife took two bites, and just let it sit there until the server took it away at the end. My burger was disgusting as well. I was SHOCKED at how many people were there eating. Never again.
