Been going there for many years usually good food and service just don't go if there if there busy you might be forgotten . The other person is done eating and then bring you cold food 10 minutes later because somebody forgot.

Rocky’s is one of my favorite restaurants. My last experience was not so good. I ordered the berry salad with chicken. Unfortunately after eating about 1/3 of my salad my dining partner saw a fly in my salad. Called the waitress over and she was definitely appalled. She didn’t charge for the salad but never offered to bring me something else. I didn’t want to make a scene but called the next day to talk to the manager about my experience. She was supposed to call back but 2 weeks later I haven’t heard a thing. Needless to say anyone asks me about Rocky’s I will tell them about my customer service experience. I at least was hoping to receive a replacement meal or free desert. I’m so sorry to have to give this review because it is one of my favorite family dining but not any more.

The baked potato was rock hard. The rice pudding was severely undercooked. The salad was watery. The server was friendly enough but never stopped by to see if I needed anything or how my meal was. I do NOT recommend to anyone.

10 years ago great place. Today I was way overcharged for my food that was cold and undercooked. No faques givin, just charge more for poor service and quality.

My son (7yrs) took me here for Mommy/son date. The entire team here was so helpful to him as he tried to be the big boy and manage the date without me helping him order, ask questions, or even pay the bill. The food was great and we had a wonderful time.
