They don't pay their employees! My daughter worked there for a short time and was extremely underpaid!

I ordered a steak hoagie, which is what I normally order. Today I received my steak hoagie and it was barely meat on it and for the price of $20 that's not right. I've been a customer there for years. Today is probably the last day I will order from Rockys that's just not right.

I order a chicken club. The sandwich came out with black toast and it ended up being turkey. Not to mention the pice. 13.00 for something that was definitely not worth.

We used to be a frequent customer when Chris owned the restaurant. When ownership switched to a relative the place has gone downhill. Let’s start out with some of the positives:1. New Menus2. Fresher look3. Clean4. Breakfast SpecialsAnd I don’t want to consider these full negatives, but areas that need attention for improvements:1. STAFF2. Pricing3. Portions4. Same menu items, no new items. There is one specific staff member that is almost always there and I believe her name is Melissa, (Not 100% sure) that delivers “rough” customer service. The tone of her voice, body language, attitude and not appearing to look or act professional is a huge turn off. This has steered us away from the restaurant multiple times. She is always gossiping about something whether it be her personal life or another employee. While being short staff at our visit to the restaurant, instead of helping she was barking orders. The pricing and value of the food needs to be reevaluated/reviewed. Perhaps a secret guest to try different menu items and to rate their overall experience to provide feedback to leadership/owners. The grilled chicken salad portion is nowhere near where it used to be with prior ownership..There has not been any new menu items or specialty items to bring in more guests or for reasons for “loyal” ones to return. Prices are super high! For a grilled ham and cheese sandwich; fries and a drink is $17.We wish rockys the best and luck for the future. We will only be returning for breakfast specials.

Stopped in for lunch one day a couple months ago. Ordered a corned beef Reuben and some chicken lemon rice soup. The positives, fast friendly service. The soup was pretty good, which you should expect from a diner/coney. The Reuben was so-so, the bun and thousand island might have been the highlights. Meat wasn’t the best quality, slightly overcooked, amount of meat was okay, but what got me was the stringiness of the meat and whoever cutting it not knowing how to properly slice corned beef, which is against the grain!I will give them another try for breakfast sometime but going to find another spot for a Reuben- and hopefully one thats serves some Sy Ginsburg

I ordered eggs benidict and a side of bacon. Got home and they gave me a side of hash browns instead of bacon. The food wasn't that good. Now I know why I never eat here!
