Informing anyone ordering food through door dash or Uber eats the employees and Manager have the patio doors locked which is where it tells you to go, also making comments to each other on how funny it is that your Dasher can't get the food. Place is sssslloooowwww…… do NOT if you decide to come here park and order… you’ll get your food faster by slaughtering the cow yourself and cooking it before they get you your order… their was like maybe 3 cars in line and nobody else waiting mind you the line wasn’t moving very fast at all either..

Need to get real staff who want to work who isn’t on the phone who knows the menu ! It’s sad when you pull up and no cars in line and still have to s sit at the speaker 5 mins before someone answer then you wait another 5 for the slushie and the girl never came to the window at all to get the money or bring the beverages pulled off I can see this closing because all the workers SUCK AND LAZY ! And nasty . I watcher her not wash her hands come from the back on the phone ! Terrible customer services

This is the only sonic I know that has lengthy. Wait times for the drive through. Even McDonald's lets you know they'll be right with you.You can acknowledge your customers. instead of having people wait at a box and there's only two people in line, it's ridiculous, y'all need to get your shit together save the attitude No, one's forcing you to work there if your short staff then say so

🚨🚨🚨I was given a cold burger and stale bun. Turned around and drove back to get a fresh burger. The guy who served me came out with the manager name LaMia. Immediately her face wasn’t inviting. She looked annoyed. Did not introduce herself. With a sale face “now what’s the problem”? I politely explained. She responded saying all the burgers just came off the grill. Asked me when did I come. The gentleman answered immediately. Saying I just left. I followed up saying u can feel it yourself if u like. The patty was barely Luke warm 5 mins ago so I know it’s even colder now. She rolled her eyes and said where is your recipe. Again the gentleman responded b4 me stating he didn’t give me 1. LaMia then with out words, put her hand out. I guess that meant hand her the burger. I did. Then she walked away. Again with a bothered demeanor.

LaMia was extremely unfriendly, uninviting and unprofessional. I will never go there again. I recommend extra training in customer service or a different position. She was ridiculous. Whoever is over her would be embarrassed if they witnessed her behavior. This is coming from someone who rarely complains.

I wish I got the gentleman’s name who was at the register. He was kind and informed me that they were making it over. LaMia (the manager) said nothing besides going against me.

I do not recommend this sonics.

Really disappointed in the attitude of the drive-thru worker. I misheard her and she had to repeat her question - which I feel is common and was of course a mistake - and she got very upset. I don’t think it’s acceptable to present yourself in that manner in your workplace and ruin someone else’s day just because yours might not be going so well. It’s just unprofessional.

I am a dasher on DoorDash and had the most insane experience dashing at this sonic. I went to pick up the order and per sonics dasher instructions they instruct dashers to enter the side door and let them know what order they are picking up. Upon entering the door, I was immediately harassed and berated by the kitchen staff who refused to stop yelling and just let me explain myself and why I was there. So I went out to the self service parking spot where they told me to go and waited 15 minutes with no service from the staff. I then went to the drive thru window where the cashier slammed the window in my face while I was actively showing her & explain the order I was picking up. The order I was picking up had two names on the account so she proceeded to take 5 minutes looking for 2 orders. If she would have just let me explain at the window instead of being rude she wouldve known that I was there for 1 order with two names labeled ____ & ______. This sonic is extremely unprofessional and if they would just take the time to stop talking so much and listen maybe they would provide a better service. How many dashers will this experience happen to before this location decides to change their dashing instructions? Safe to say if I ever receive a sonic pick up again I will decline it every time.

I just Ordered through the app (3-2-25 @ 12:54pm) like I normally do and order was ready just before I arrived. I parked in Mobile spot #2 and checked in through the APP. I waited 15-20 mins and no one Acknowledged me or came out. There was only 2 cars in the drive-thru when i arrived but after waiting so long without service, I jumped in the drive-thru which by that time, 7 new cars was now ahead of me. What's the point of using the app if no one will Acknowledge it or sometimes Acknowledge it? I understand if its short staff or whatever the case is but atleast have the check-in stall off or atleast prompt you to drive-thru only for Check-ins. The Women who gave me my order was nice and Im sure is doing her best for Customer Service, the other Girl at the speaker, had an attitude but maybe she was having a bad Day. @owner response, I dont want no Apology and its not my JOB or responsibility to Directly Contact the store and complain to the manger, its your JOB to Correct this and make it better.
