I just Ordered through the app (3-2-25 @ 12:54pm) like I normally do and order was ready just before I arrived. I parked in Mobile spot #2 and checked in through the APP. I waited 15-20 mins and no one Acknowledged me or came out. There was only 2 cars in the drive-thru when i arrived but after waiting so long without service, I jumped in the drive-thru which by that time, 7 new cars was now ahead of me. What's the point of using the app if no one will Acknowledge it or sometimes Acknowledge it? I understand if its short staff or whatever the case is but atleast have the check-in stall off or atleast prompt you to drive-thru only for Check-ins. The Women who gave me my order was nice and Im sure is doing her best for Customer Service, the other Girl at the speaker, had an attitude but maybe she was having a bad Day. @owner response, I dont want no Apology and its not my JOB or responsibility to Directly Contact the store and complain to the manger, its your JOB to Correct this and make it better.

Terrible service and incompetent employees.
I did a pickup order tonight. We checked in and waited over 30 minutes to get our food. Tried to go over the stalls intercom, and that was ignored. We watched countless cars go through the drive-thru. We had to call, and at least they answered. Told them we had been waiting over 30 minutes, gave them our name and stall. Whoever said one sec and hung up on my wife. No apology for the wait, nothing. A few minutes later, they brought out our food and drinks but were missing a bag. I mentioned it, and she seemed annoyed that she had to go back inside to get the second bag. When she brought that out, she handed it off and walked away, again with no apology. By the time we got home to eat our food, it was cold. This place has gone downhill, and the only reason I still come here are my kids who love the slushies. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Ordered online and didn’t add 2 of the things i wanted and didn’t put no sauce either. They are always “out” of something
Order online, said 5 minutes. I get there in about 12 minutes, pull into spot 3 and press spot 3 on the app to let them know I have arrived. About 5 minutes later, a car pulls in spot 2. 5 minutes later someone brings out their food. Then a car pulls into spot 1 and 5 minutes later they get their food. During this time about 20 cars have come and gone through the drive through. I give it 5 more minutes (over 30 since I placed my order) and get out of my car and go knock on the window witch was ignored. Get back in my car and call them, first time I get hung up on, second time someone answers and I tell them I have been in spot 3 over 25 minutes now waiting for my food, she says someone will be right out. Another 5 minutes they finally bring it out and I ask if my food has been sitting this whole time. She says don't worry it was under a heat lamp with an attitude and quickly walks away. No sorry, we didn't see you were here (they did because they brought out the food to the 2 other cars . My cheeseburgers and fries were only slightly warm when I got home, six minutes away. Will not be returning.
Wish I could do no stars.. no greetings and second time I ordered no cheese on my sandwich because I'm highly allergic... I get home it's cheese yet again and it looks dry the brioche bun and egg, money wasted because I have to toss it... I call and whoever answered was very insensitive saying well you didn't get rung up that way when I said it twice while ordering... That's not my fault cuz they heard me...I don't recommend and will not be returning to this ride establishment..

Not only do you have to check your order for all items, please check to check if they actually put a hamburger in foil. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 had hamburger with bun other just bun lettuce tomato and pickle.

Haven’t been here in a long time. My son wanted some food. Placed the order on the app to save time parked in a spot expecting the food to be brought to us nope said someone was coming with the order then a minute later someone comes on the speaker said to pick up in drive through kinda frustrated cause I had to wait in that line with my autistic so. Never coming back here

This is the worst sonic. Just go ahead and close it for every reason given on these 1 star reviews after 1 star reviews. Where is corporate?!
I had a mobile order and checked in and everything and after 30 mins of waiting I went through the drive though just to have the lady be very short with me.
