Always a very pleasant experience. Starbucks is expensive. But there is something to be said about paying extra for good service. People who seem to actually enjoy their job, or are at least good at faking it. It's better than getting sub par coffee from Tim Hortons or Dunkin and being treated like you're an annoyance for ordering a black coffee

So this is more of a Starbucks thing than a shop thing but how Starbucks can think it’s OK for folks who order ahead to wait for 25 to 30 minutes while folks in the drive-through just roll through it it’s always made me very frustrated that those folks get such a high priority

New resident of Westland just tried this Starbucks for the second time and I was served by Roxy. She was very polite. She made my drink exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. She was extremely fast and organized. Very detailed oriented. My service was absolutely impeccable. It is only right to acknowledge Roxy at this location because she is wonderful. May God continue to bless you Roxy YOURE AMAZING 🤩

My drink was almost entirely ice. I took less than 10 sips and it was gone. Do I really have to ask for light ice/no ice? Rip off for an $8 drink.

this place is usually great it's my go to location but for some reason the mornings have been kinda sucky on the hot coffee it's only been half full the last few weeks

Tried to make me take the wrong item then got mad instead of apologizing andthey blamed me. They all have yuck attitudes. I don't get greeted or I get skipped over a lot. Its ridiculous in 2025 for these attitudes to be present still.

Ah, Westland. The place where giving basic feedback about my drink apparently translates to a full-blown meltdown.

A barista screamed at me because I said I don’t usually need extra coconut milk when the drink is made correctly.

Never mind that I wasn’t blaming anyone—just stating a fact. But sure, let’s make it personal.

If you enjoy being verbally attacked over your beverage preferences, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache.

It is rare I drink Starbucks as is but I happened to have a gift card from Xmas to use. To preface, Any other time I have ordered in the app, I pull up on the estimated ready time without any issue or complaint. Today was a different story. I ordered around 3:01 pm and the app gave me a “ready time” of 3:06pm. Like usual, I pull up at the speaker at the given time (3:06pm) say hello, give my name and the girl on the speaker says with an attitude “yeah uhh, next time give us more time it’s not even ready yet.” I tell her “my app says 3:06, that’s the time it told me to show up.” She says “uhh yeah that may be the time you get but the app is wrong and you shouldn’t go off of that, you need to add 7-10 minutes onto that because you’re showing up and it’s not made yet and you’ll be backing up the drive through because you have to wait.” Instead of going back and forth with her I asked her if I should back up and park somewhere to wait. “Uhh no it’s okay just pull up.” Idk if she was having a rough day or what, but theres a way you speak to people. To get an attitude with me because I pulled up too soon for you? Despite me just doing as the app said? Won’t be going to this location again that’s for sure.
