I think the girls at this store asked me to leave because I asked them for a domed lid for one of my drinks and a cup of ice and they didn't like my attitude and what made it worse was I had a tiara on but only because my birthday was coming up now in the past we've had our differences but Starbucks in Westland can we please get along because yall are the closest Starbucks to me I dont want to have to go out my way for a matcha frappe to Dearborn or novi so like can...
Always a very pleasant experience. Starbucks is expensive. But there is something to be said about paying extra for good service. People who seem to actually enjoy their job, or are at least good at faking it. It's better than getting sub par coffee from Tim Hortons or Dunkin and being treated like you're an annoyance for ordering a black coffee
So this is more of a Starbucks thing than a shop thing but how Starbucks can think it’s OK for folks who order ahead to wait for 25 to 30 minutes while folks in the drive-through just roll through it it’s always made me very frustrated that those folks get such a high priority
