There is a caucasian man with ginger facial hair that works at this location that is constantly rude when I come in to order. He makes these slick weird remarks under his breath like a teenager in high school while making orders as of customers are bothering him. I used to go to this subway location very often but he has made it extremely uncomfortable. The owner doesn't respond to reports so I will definitely start going to the van born subway location instead of this one. This employee with the ginger facial hair is horrible. I noticed I am not the only customer feeling this way about this man. He is rude to others as well from what I witnessed. He needs to grow up and be fired.

The guy (Nate) who made our food was very rude and off putting. I try not to complain but his little under the breath comments and attitude were horrible. Food was good, customer service is definitely lacking

There's a kid there, and he is just always baked out of his gourd. Truthfully, I'm largely unbothered by that - if he could do his job even somewhat properly.

The price I got rung up for is different than the advertised price on the menu and the worker’s only explanation was oh we are going to change that price soon, and it’s only a few cents, but it was a $.60 difference, and he couldn’t understand what the big deal was.
Just a sneaky way to overcharge customers, check your receipts .

Ordered on the app today, and one of the subs was entirely wrong.
They put the wrong cheese, drowned it in mayo, barely any pickles. Didn’t add any of the other sauces at all.

Worst experience EVER! I work in food service and have never experienced such a horrible experience i ordered one sub and SCOTT (he told me his name) flipped out on ME because THEIR system had not uploaded the sub. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP SCOTT OUT HES OBVIOUSLY NOT MAKING HIS BILLS AT THE SUBWAY

Terrible customer service. I went here today and one of the guy workers cussed at me multiple times for asking for lettuce on the nacho footlong… it was not that serious…it’s lettuce…He was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I will never go to this location again. The food was terrible. I order hot subs with were cold and the $5 footlong cookie which was like a brick in the middle. It was even edible because i would of broke a tooth trying. I think they over cooked it in the microwave and it was solid.
