I ordered online and arrived almost 35 minutes later and the food wasn't completed... Not a huge deal, I know they get busy. One sub was incorrect, 2 of them were not toasted and the bread tasted stale. The staff was not the friendliest, but again not the biggest deal, everyone has bad days. I would not recommend this location until maybe after they complete their renovations, if at all.

They charged my card through the app. Took the money, then cancelled my order. Called the subway customer service number, they told me to go to the restaurant they are the ones who cancelled it my card went through fine. Went into the restaurant and the owner harry and the manager refused to help. Said it was a technology glitch. I used to come here 2-3 times a week for lunch. Never again.They called the cops on me because they cant handle a disagreement. Trash

Did a delivery order for over 70$ and i advised in the notes to subway to have my lettuce ,tomatoes on the side instead of sandwhich. They decided to give me just meat and no lettuce or tomatoes for any of my guest. Disappointed. Ill never go back stay away and save the headache of people who can not do there job.

I used to go to this place all the time and now they are shorting me the normal amount of meat I used to get and also they won't accept the coupons that people receive in the mail. They are selectively choosing which ones they will accept and you won't know until you get to the checkout. I won't go there again.
Place the order with Uber eats ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub. Sub was not prepared, right went and called about it And they told me it’s nothing they can do about it and hung up on me. How rude is that! Will not be going to the subway no more. They have no Customer service

If I could give you guys zero stars I would. Service as terrible! Whoever the older guy is he’s very rude. Obviously thinks all African Americans scam. Canceled my order because my phone number was wrong. I corrected ordered again and he was not happy. Couldn’t look me in my eyes. Typical behavior. The other guy that made the sandwiches because he just couldn’t stand to help because he was wrong, he was nice and respectful. I will not ever be coming back here and I don’t recommend anybody to do so either. Worst service I’ve ever gotten from any food chain. That guy needs to find another job. Obviously subway isn’t paying him enough.

My husband, and I went to subway after a long day at work. The whole staff was amazing. Very welcoming, and extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Very clean establishment as well. We will be back in the near future. ❤️
