Every table was dirty and it just seemed to be unorganized behind the counter.

I prefer this Taco Bell, the drive thru allows you to leave, and not stuck. The mobile service is great, allows for quick and easy access.

Zero stars 12/02/25 Big Pearl the cashier drops my change in the road . 70 cents oh well she's rich forget this place food sucked too. I should be asking for a full refund.

Place is terrible the customer service was terrible.Employees were just screaming and yelling in the back.I was at the counter for ten minutes, and nobody said a single word.Nobody walked over to try to help me worst taco bell ever

I had placed a mobile order thru the Taco Bell app for in store pick up and upon arrival the door was locked, I didn’t think much since it was kind of late 9:45pm. I thought I would be able to just pick up my order through the drive thru, when I pulled through the drive thru I was told that they are only accepting DoorDash orders due to being short staffed (literally one DoorDash driver in the line other wise empty). I told the employee that I had placed a mobile order, and she refused to make the order because it was not DoorDash. I asked if she could cancel my order and I was told that the order wouldn’t go through and I would get a refund by the end of the night, which did not happen. After 4 days of trying to call the customer service line (whose hours are insane), I FINALLY got my refund process and should hopefully get it with 5 to 7 business days 😐

How many times are they going to tell me that I am unable to get the food I paid for through their own mobile app due to them only accepting door dash orders well before they even close?? It is getting very ridiculous I should be able to not only get the food that I paid for, but also when it’s ordered 3.5 hours before they even close. On top of that the women who delivered this information to me was very rude

When you specify to the person who is taking your order that you do not want anything spicy in your food and your food is hot as hell. What would do? Apparently that lady was in a hurry to go somewhere and totally ignored what I said. Wed 5 2025. 12h30 pm.

I've worked at a Taco Bell before and this is the best Taco Bell I've been to, they are always so kind and my order is always right. Camille H today was so sweet and very fast at the drive thru!

Never thought I'd be giving this Taco Bell a bad review but my experience last night and today in the attempt to fix it was so horrible, so here we go. All I ordered was a quesadilla and 2 cheese rolls add nacho cheese, and then I asked if they could grill the roll ups.. I've worked at Taco Bell on and off thru the years so I know what they can and can't do, based on their willingness. Turns out they weren't willing to grill the roll ups, only the team member at the window told me they couldn't because it wasn't possible, so that wasnt cool. Then when I got my food (of course I didn't check after a long day at work I just wanted to go home) and not only did they short me one of my cheese rolls, the one I did have was so flat so I opened it up and no nacho cheese..
Today I called to get it replaced and I asked for the GM as I've spoken with her before and she seems so nice, but she's on vacation for a week and they wouldn't give me her name.. I was hung up on and when I called back to see who the manager was that was being so nasty, they refused to pick up, or picked up and immediately hung up. Save your time and money, smh

Understaffed and really slow. 30 minute wait for 3 bean burritos. Watched 5 doordashers get orders before a full lobby of customers saw any food.
