By far, the dutiest TacoBell I have ever been to. Consistently closed before posted hours. Tonight is a great example, it's 1:08 AM and no one is working! Despite every light being on. I waited for a woman to pull around to me, and she said she waited 10 minutes and no one came. I know working fast food sucks, I worked it, but what the heck? Taco Bell needs to find new owners, because the current one's clearly don't pay attention. Don't go here, go to the one on Michigan Ave. I'm sure the owners are horrible people, why else get treated like this by your workers?

Absolutely no customer service. Ordered from kiosk, choose to pay cash. Stand ignored army counter for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, then told order doesn’t go up on screen to be packed until paid! Totally rediculous and will not be back to Westland Taco Bell again!!!
not big on taco bell but everytime i come here my big order has been correct and speedy. the man wearing glasses at the window has been doing a good job for years

I was uncomfortable giving my order to an automated voice but they did get my order right, which is rare for taco bell in general.

Taco Bell has good food but this place has terrible service. The guy raised his voice at me and told me to go back to the back of the line. I think that person was not having fun because of the long line but he should not have gotten angry at me. Thanks you.
