You're kidding, right? order 5-layer beefy burritos, get tortilla with beans and a tiny bit of cheese, nothing else.
One is completely bloated with old refried beans and the other is barely anything at all.

Like....Why is it that every place, now, has to be as terrible as possible?

Stephanie made an impossible task happen…
We called a Taco Bell early in the day to place a massive order which was not actually placed and after being turned away from the original Taco Bell we called she offered to try to help… we were not an easy customer because the order was for a wedding and excessively large with a very small timeframe to accomplish the task.

We knew we were difficult, we were asking a nearly impossibly task ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! She completed the huge order RIGHT in time and just simply handled our situation the best she could.

Stephanie, we know we challenged your team and your day but we are so so grateful for your work, patience and help to make the bride and groom happy.

Every time I come here I barely ever get service I ordered one taco and one order of fries and I have been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes I was the only car when I pulled in and now the line is backed all the way around the building with nowhere for me to get out...lol

The staff takes over 30 min for orders, and laughs at the customers who are waiting. Three people standing around doing nothing. Very unprofessional.

Drive through is CRAZY SLOW. tried going here several times and end up driving away because they are so slow! Sat in one spot for over 10 min, like the employees inside are incapable of making more than one order at a time?
I hope they close down and make it a white castle or anything else really.
Update while im the line i ordered pizza from mr pizza, went and got it after waiting in the parkimg lot for 10 min, and went by the taco bell on my way home and the line still had not moved.

I was there 12/23 at 8pm. This was the second Taco Bell I went to that night bc the first one had broken machinery & was temporarily closed. Anyway, got thru the long line at this place and the man hands us the bag. I look in it before we drive away & have to tell the guy working at the window that it is not our order. We got 4 burritos. This man gave us 3 hard shell tacos, chips, and a salad. We handed the bag back to him & he read the tag saying “this is your order. Four burriots”. We tried to explain YES THE TAG IS RIGHT but THE FOOD IN THE BAG IS WRONG. The guy didn’t even look in the bag. He just kept reading the tag to us and told me that I was confused. We ended up driving away with someone else’s order not even close to ours.
Seriously he could’ve at least looked into the bag. But I’m not even going to try negotiating with someone who just assumes I’m confused and don’t know the difference between a burrito and a salad.

Management is awful here. They are constantly out of common items and take sometimes 30 minutes for orders even when there's not many customers because they do not staff appropriately or treat employees so poorly that no one wants to stay. Poor management.

Walk in make My order spent 45 dollars only to get home and everything not in the bag don't want to go back it 930 pm 12/04/2024 I'm not going here anymore I shouldn't have to make sure my order is right! Waited 23 minutes maybe longer that's my last time going here and as I look at the reviews don't seem like the owner gives a care no response
