Stopped in for a quick bite before a birthday party Sunday. There is nothing cheap about Taco Bell and nickles and dimes piss me off.
You spend $30 for three people for nothing special. But $.80 for a squirt of sour cream. Ridiculous.
Unfortunately. Taco Bell is cold. No person to person interaction. All kiosk and bags flung over the counter. Maybe once in a blue moon. But for what you pay for for half empty tacos here and items basically eating tortilla shells with some cheese in it. Not worth the money. Sorry corporate Taco Bell. It's no longer even close to affordable.

The food is always pretty good in my opinion other than for a few occasions but me and my boyfriend always go to this one because they are the only location in the area that actually grills the 3-cheese grillers but do to them switching to an automated drive thru person we aren’t going to be going to them anymore unfortunately. It would be awesome if they could eventually just switch back as I don’t see the point or how it even makes it better

First time back in a month or 2 the robot at the drive thru wouldn’t shut up long enough for me to try and order. They were out of the street chalupas. The AI taking my order ruined the experience to be honest.

Consistently slow. Online orders are never fulfilled within the estimated time.

The ai really sucks
Not a fan of the ordering process, but the food was good, order incorrectly prepared but ok. The drive thru lane moved a bit slow, but the food when corrected made up for it.

Just the fact that the make sure to keep a clean bathroom is a plus to me. And the order I made through my app was ready and on the pickup rack in no time.

Easily the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to.
This location is wildly inconsistent. Tonight they’re “only able to take mobile orders” and other nights they’re out of main ingredients like chicken or beef. Such a poorly run location.

Girl at drive thru rude and giving attitude. She forgot a drink and I asked for it and she rolled her eyes going on her phone and ignoring us

There was one person in front of me in the drive-thru for a total of one or two minutes. The cashier apologized for the wait, which I thought was odd. I had to wait quite a bit for the food, so I guess that was his way of aplogizing ahead of time. The chicken quesadilla seemed warm when I sat down to eat, but the tortilla was stale and hard. The soft parts were where the chicken and cheese were with hardly any sauce ($6.99 ea.). The chicken chilupas were filled alright, but the shells were stale as well ($5.89 ea.). When opening the taco party pack ($2.29 ea.), they seemed a bit light. No wonder. Hardly anything was filled. Total came to $60.46. What a rip off.
When I first came here, it used to be good. I guess I will stick with the Wayne road location where I have only had problems there once. At least they do not cheat people and put 5 tomatoes on a taco and a few shreds of lettuce.
What happened Taco Bell? Why raise prices from about 17 dollars for a party pack to 27 and cheat people? 6 dollars for a chilupa? This is not worth the money, at least not here.

It was super crowded but they were moving fast and the food was hot and good.
The guy on drive through was very rude and refused to serve me an already payed for order
Food is good most of the time but really depends on who makes it
Ai kiosk in the drive through is crazy work, but it was accurate so I can’t complain! I ordered a #7 & my taco shell was extremely stale and there were hardly any ingredients in it. Skinniest taco i’ve ever seen & the shell cracked at the bottom so I had to eat it weird. Quesadilla was great. Employees were friendly, drive-thru wait was a bit long.
Worst. Unfriendly and bad staff. Doesn't talk when you ask!!! Wouldn't return again!!
