There was one person in front of me in the drive-thru for a total of one or two minutes. The cashier apologized for the wait, which I thought was odd. I had to wait quite a bit for the food, so I guess that was his way of aplogizing ahead of time. The chicken quesadilla seemed warm when I sat down to eat, but the tortilla was stale and hard. The soft parts were where the chicken and cheese were with hardly any sauce ($6.99 ea.). The chicken chilupas were filled alright, but the shells were stale as well ($5.89 ea.). When opening the taco party pack ($2.29 ea.), they seemed a bit light. No wonder. Hardly anything was filled. Total came to $60.46. What a rip off.
When I first came here, it used to be good. I guess I will stick with the Wayne road location where I have only had problems there once. At least they do not cheat people and put 5 tomatoes on a taco and a few shreds of lettuce.
What happened Taco Bell? Why raise prices from about 17 dollars for a party pack to 27 and cheat people? 6 dollars for a chilupa? This is not worth the money, at least not here.

Ai kiosk in the drive through is crazy work, but it was accurate so I can’t complain! I ordered a #7 & my taco shell was extremely stale and there were hardly any ingredients in it. Skinniest taco i’ve ever seen & the shell cracked at the bottom so I had to eat it weird. Quesadilla was great. Employees were friendly, drive-thru wait was a bit long.

I haven't ate fast food in a long time but was desperate for something and went in. They Don't Even take your order anymore. You have to Do it yourself. Looked very Messy in the food prep area.$ 1.78 For a taco? Guess I won't ever be eating taco bell again. I'm sorry.But fast food and the entire world has gone crazy with prices and I won't pay it

The place was dirty, and the food wasn't very good. It's not like taco bell is considered cheap food anymore, they could at least do it right. I always come to the taco bell because in the past it was good, but not anymore sadly .

The toastadas are a joke. $2.00 and there was barely anything on it. I know they do that so you'll ask for extra and they can double the price.
Ordered food online was charged for it and app said uh oh not accepted but yet the money was withdrawn form my account i went in still not being refunded showed the manager while being super busy also happen to a second person while she's telling me probably will get refunded, either way THIS manager showed the proper way how to treat customers got both are ordered made them no questions asked TODAYS STAFF was SLAMMED and did amazing 10/10 all day

Nacho chips tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. Cheese was severely skimped. Cashier rude. Unfortunately this has been a common occurrence at this location for months now.
Update 11-8-24 Mexican pizza cooked with rancid oil again. Chalupa was hard. Associate at window looked miserable, never said thank you or your welcome after I thanked them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS LOCATION EVER.
