Had a party of ten, couldn't reserve, was instructed to call 2 hours early for "call ahead". So, I did and chose an earlier time due to the 10 people party. We were all here on time, told to wait in car till they texted because there were parties ahead of us. Go to a reservation system or find a better way. We won't be choosing Texas Roadhouse again to host any get- togethers.
We placed a to-go order last night and were told it would be an hour wait. We waited an hour and a half and still had no food. I tried to call to find out how much longer we would be waiting but was left on hold for 6 minutes before hanging up. Shortly after that an order was brought out to my car but it was the wrong order. I took the food in the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager at this point. I don't remember her name but a manager came over to ask what was going on...read full review

The potato's are hot and fresh. Their dinner salad is amazing, with the best croutons. The rolls are fresh out of the oven with cinnamon honey butter. It is a very busy place, but still has a friendly atmosphere with great country music added to make the experience even better. All of the food was great! Delicious food, great service. The bone in ribeye was perfectly cooked to medium rare, juicy and tender. Biscuits are addictive.
