The manager ken and maggie were such sweet people. Maggie was off the clock and offered us help and ken very generously went out of his way to help us with our order. Cannot wait to come back!!

We have been busy this past month and needing to place orders to go more than usual..we've tried about 7 times to place orders throughout various times this month, and only able to connect twice! The website at checkout says they are unable to take the order almost all of the time, even on days they are not busy....called and was able to get ahold of takeout and was successful one time. Let them know the website wouldn't let us place orders several times and she just sort of chuckled. Tried again to place an order so this time I just called and no one ever picked up over the course of an hour? I don't usually try to place during peak dinner hours so who knows what that is all about, but we can't depend on them to be dinner so I guess we can count them out.

They served my UNDERAGE daughter alcohol last night. She said they TRIED to make her drunk and the manager was offering to take her to his house. We are still trying to figure out our next move here. OMG!

The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait very long. But there was a wait to be seated and it's a very busy place. Also it was so loud!

Online wait-list is a joke, the people in charge at the front desk have no clue what they are doing, we came there before 3:30PM with a online reservation, were told 5 to 15 min wait. After almost 35min and several new people being seated we asked what was going on, they told us they were working on it. We ended up leaving. This place got too big and doesn't care anymore about customer service, no place to sit down anymore either to wait.

We apparently walked into a BYOS (Bring Your Own Silverware) restaurant and no one warned us. Had we known, we would have packed our own forks and saved ourselves the joy of waiting to eat even after the food arrived.
Our order was also mixed up a bit, and getting water or any of the missing items felt like waiting for a plot twist that never came. Maybe they just have one waitress covering the entire zip code, who knows.
But the real mystery is the silverware situation. I checked reviews later and it seems people have been complaining about the same thing for seven years. Seven years! At this point, it feels less like an accident and more like a core part of the restaurant’s identity.
Not sure why providing silverware before the food shows up is such a complex logistical challenge, but hey, maybe one day they will crack the code

To be clear I have been to several in Michigan all great experiences. Literally the worst texas roadhouse I have been too!!! Went with my family of 4 my wife ordered a 8 Oz sirloin received a 6 Oz and a ceaser salad that was completely drenched in dressing where she could only eat a couple bites. I ordered an 8 Oz sirloin with side of ribs with baked potato. My steak was blue rare my potato was half rotted and they sent me shrimp instead of ribs. When I told her that I ordered ribs as a side she said I did not. So I pulled up the bill on the little machine clearing showing I ordered ribs. They offered to re heat the steak but by the time I would of got it everyone else would of been done. I asked her to take it off the bill and she said she would talk to the manager. Manager never came over to speak with us about any of the mistakes that were made. Server came back and said it would be taken off bill. When we went to pay it was still on there!!! Had to ask again to have item removed from order. DO BETTER WESTLAND ROADHOUSE!!!

PLEASE MAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS AHEAD OF TIME!! - Yes, I'm shouting. 🤭
I thought that the bread was the softest I've ever had at a restaurant, smooth, soft and really warm that the butter melted instantly into it! I ordered a well done steak but it was medium rare - though the waiter offered to take it back; I didn't mind because it was delicious, I'll only order medium rare going forward. Salads were good. The icing on the cake were the complimentary roasted peanuts. 🥜 Certified yummy as an authentic Yoruba woman. 😁👌🏾

Went around 6:30. It was very loud. Food was decent. Steak was great. Appetizer, fried pickles, a little disappointing.

Ate here over the weekend and the beef was worst than ever. We ordered ribeyes - both extremely salty, but it was a nasty texture and taste. Won’t be back.
My all time favorite place to get a nice 20oz rib eye steak cooked to perfection!
