Got sat. Got drinks. Ordered. When we got our food it was 7:55.
It’s pretty consistent too. It just doesn’t need to take that long.

The bone in ribeye has always been my "go to steak" because of its juicy well marbled flavor (and my bog loved the bone I brought home too!) Not sure if they changed their beef supplier but the one I received tonight was completely filled with grizzle.. for $31 you'd expect better quality. At least my wife and I really enjoyed the rolls. Take my advice and make a difference choice, TRUST ME.

My name is David. I’m a local business owner here in downtown Plymouth today was Friday, February 28 after work. I decided to go to Texas roadhouse it was pretty packed being a Friday night, but I was there by myself. I asked the hostess how long the wait would be she told me that if there was an open seat at the bar, I can go and take it so that’s what I did Sit down at the bar. The bartender greeted me very kindly asked me what I’d like to drink, and I placed in my order.. still waiting for my food and drink to come. I begin to realize the man sitting next to me was calling me names using racial slurs, and telling his wife how he didn’t want to sit next to me at this point I still didn’t know what was going on, but he got up and switched seats. I didn’t really pay attention but him and his wife start using racial slurs against me calling me names and even going as far as calling me a faggots, I felt so uncomfortable and I was devastated. I told the bartender what was going on and he heard and told me don’t worry if he says anything else I’ll take care of it. Well, he continued using racial slurs against me going as far as telling his wife how he wanted to beat me and he didn’t like that I was sitting next to them. I got upset and I told the bartender I don’t feel comfortable and I need to speak to a manager I woke up from the bar, walked back up to the front and told the manager what was going on. She was young and she told me just to wait on the side while she rectified the problem. I noticed that she never went to go speak to them and I waited for like 15 minutes until she came back with a five dollar coupon for a dessert. I was in complete shock explaining to her the severity of the situation that this man was calling me names telling his wife how he’s going to beat me up racial slurs you name it. All of this was happening. People around us was shocked, but she offered me a five dollar coupon for a dessert. I asked her if she was serious. Is this how she’s going to handle the situation me being a business owner myself and asked to speak to someone else that manager listen to my story and I told him that this was very poorly handled and why didn’t they go speak to that man that there shouldn’t be someone like that in the restaurant throwing racial slurs he made me wait for about 15 minutes and came back and gave me a voucher for a free $20 meal I was in complete shock the way that they handled the situation. I was so upset that this guy completely got away with using vowel language, racial, slurs, and being a complete racist Honestly, they could’ve done better. Their five dollar coupon for dessert for inconveniencing me was unacceptable as a business as an establishment, a manager should’ve went to that person and asked them to leave and said something along the lines of we don’t tolerate this type of behavior, but none of that happened and I’m very disappointed.

Fruit flies flying around (such an easy fix and a sign of a dirty place) slowwwwww service, Michigan basketball was playing a big ranked game but they had Carolina volleyball on the TV’s? Hair on the silverware. Just bad.

Unfortunately I have to give it a 2 star, Staff is great though. We used to ear here often. We have been coming here since it first opened. Over the years the cooks would stay for awhile now its quick turn over with cooks and the food quality has gone way down, food would come back either over cooked or under cook. Staff has been great.

I don't know what it is everything we have ordered online and get our food home we see that there is either a dinner missing and/or the food isn't cooked all the way or how we asked. I get that they're usually busy but everything we order here!!?? My daughters steak was so undercooked I had to cook it myself. I think we will just go to a different one. It sucks I hate doing bad reviews but I'm tired of this always happening. On top if it they gave a us a voucher that expired after 30 days so this time no I want my food not a voucher.
