Old dirty grease 😑 rude on phone order rushing as if not interest 🤦‍♀️ not my 1st time there but definitely 💯 the worse time there

I ordered $30 worth of food from this place, even left a tip online just to have my money robbed from me and I did not receive a refund. The website advertised that they’re open even on new years but yet they were “closed” after accepting my money. I’m very agitated and will never attempt ordering from this place again.

Definitely the place to go for well seasoned good fish and chicken. Staff is great! Recently met Pretti who was a very professional and friendly worker of this location. Only complaints is that they MAKE you pay a local business support fee when you order online through the app they use which is “slice”. Forcing ppl to pay a local fee especially when picking up seems absurd. Additionally, they need a new fry recipe. I’m a big fry person. Their fries are terrible. It’s the consensus across the room when we order for large groups (we do this often). Once they remove that local fee and introduce new fries this place would be perfect. Good staff, good food and consideration when charging unnecessary additional fees.
