Horrible experience. I’m just curious if I have to pay extra for hospitality? Like hello thank you you’re welcome. Maybe even just greet me with a smile would’ve been nice.. I felt like I was an inconvenience for her. She’d rather sit on the counter and play with her headset, then do her job.. Hate to see what customer service will be like in 10 years.. sad times..

I was not greeted at the drive through window when she opened the window. She just took my cash and gave me my breakfast bag and if I didn’t say thank you, I don’t think she would have said anything to me. Poor service performance and they were out of biscuits and croissants. Just poor service all around. I won’t be going back to this Tim Horton’s. Good luck if you go:(

The food at this location has gone dry. Literally... The people at the counter are nice as always, but I think the food is sitting way too long and then being served.

So disappointing, my husband just picked this up right now, there was no rush, yet this server just gave a burnt sandwich... and No not everyone has the time to comeback for refund! you just ruined breakfast for us!

The owner moves disrespectful unprofessional workers to different spots instead of firing them. I started frequenting this location after an incident at his other location to find that same worker there trying to serve me coffee with a grin on her face. She tampers with people coffee and I wouldn’t order from here anymore either.
