We visit this location frequently as it is close to our home. However, there seems to be an ongoing issue with staff consistency. Each visit brings a completely different team, and the level of service varies significantly. You may encounter a friendly, helpful employee—or an unhappy one who can easily ruin your experience. Unfortunately, that was the case for me this morning.
I believe the owner should address this concern, as good customer service is essential to keeping loyal customers. Going forward, I will be visiting a different location instead.

Terrible customer service skills.
I used to speed $150 to $200 per month at this location. I was there every business day to get my breakfast on my way to work. Far too often, this location would be out of stuff. If you ask for a farmers wrap as an example, they'll tell you they're out of hash browns. If you ask for a sub, like maybe an extra egg, they would decline and offer to add it at an extra cost, yet still get nothing in return for the MISSING hashbrowns. Other times they are out of twelve grain bagels and won't tell you they're out until after you pay and get your coffee. So you end up with whatever is available.
Not to mention the attitude issues and the unprofessional appearance. It's difficult trying to get employees attention when they're yelling at each other or walking around with airpods taking personal phone calls or listening to music. I've been coming to this location for 5 years straight since I moved to Westland. It's been going down hill steadily. I'm getting tired of this. I'm breaking up with Tim Hortons for good. Ordered 3 Farmer’s egg wraps, hash browns were too hard like piece of wood in the warps, complained at the counter and the girl said she’s not gonna make fresh ones, I left my food at the counter. Really bad experience. ❌❌❌❌

This Tim Hortons needs serious management help. Every time I come in, it’s chaos. The managers, are rude, unprofessional, and act like they don’t care about the customers or the workers. You can tell the staff is stressed and unmotivated, and it all starts with poor leadership. The owners, are never around to see what’s really going on, and it shows. This place is running itself into the ground while customers deal with slow service, dirty tables, and bad attitudes. Corporate needs to step in immediately because the management at this location clearly can’t handle it!!!!!!

Terrible. The oatmeal is half liquid, it was prepared by non English speaking people that have no idea what actual oatmeal is supposed
To look like. Will never order food from this location again. And will probably never order oatmeal from any of them again. I will never berate an undertrained employee, but this place has been poorly managed since it opened.
