Single handily the worst Tim Hortons ever. Food stinks, coffee tastes like crap and that’s if you get it. Currently writing this review from my car where I have been sitting in front of the menu for 5 minutes with no line and no response from workers. Not the first time either.

Pro: Great staff. Quite atmosphere.Con: lobby is not always open. You’ll have to call before and ask if the lobby is open so you won’t waste your time.

Well, it's been 11 months since I complained about this store cheating me out of money and them saying they would make it good. NO, THEY HAVEN'T AND THEY GHOSTED ME! I wouldn't recommend this store to my enemies! It's only about $20, but it's the principle of the thing! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone, ever! I still want my money back!. TIM HORTONS DESERVED A HUGE BOO!

Short on staff, after 5 minutes at the order panel, pulled to window to wait another few minutes before someone comes to the window and says machine cleaning needs 30 more minutes and that was 4 pm . 4 hours before their closing time.

Went thru the drive thru this morning, had a simple meal request, the gentleman working the drive thru was so rude, had an attitude for no reason, didn't even make one of my coffees correct. This is the last time I go there!
The Tim Hortons at 38350 Ford Road is the worst, as is the corporate response! If you put something on the Tim' Horton's site that they don't like, they delete it! What I had said was that I have been getting the run around for nearly 3 months. I went to the Westland, MI Ford Road store, in November of 2022, on election day, as I work the polls and have to be there to open them at 6:00 a.m. I got to the store at around 5:30 a.m., ordered 2 dozen donuts and found out later that I was overcharged for them, a coffee and a sandwich. I couldn't get the sandwich because "there was no supervisor there". What? What? They can't make a sandwich on their own???? So, after waiting for the rest of my order, I had to leave without a sandwich. I'm diabetic, so a breakfast and lunch of donuts was perfect for my sugar level! NOT! I contacted the store to no avail and corporate said that they would have someone contact me. No one ever did! No one ever will, probably, they think I'll just go away. I won't! I want my money and a bit more for the inconvenience and aggravation after all this time, but I think all I'll get is more aggravated! This store is the worst, and the employees have, maybe, 1 brain cell between them, and it's not working! They asked for, and have my e-mail and phone number, but they still don't contact me even though they say that a supervisor will be in touch. I think they are all out of touch. This is just stupid, give me my money and I'll go away and never darken your doorway again, or recommend that anyone else does. Maybe they think I'll go away, but I won't! I'll take this to my grave if I don't get my money and I'll have this read at my funeral!

Went To Northville store today. Girl at window hanging out window with my coffee. I pulled up and went to take it from her and she pulled it back. I said “ I thought you were handing it to me” and she said “uh huh”! I ordered a sandwich and donut also. There was NO ONE behind me. The donut was stuck to the paper bag they threw it in. All frosting stuck to bag. Normally they put it in separate bag. I showed her and she said sarcastically to a coworker that I didn’t like the donut sticking to the bag. She gave me another in the “donut” bag I normally get it in. She told me to pull up farther while I was looking in bag. One more car was behind me by then. It was approximately 11AM AND WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. For her to rush me off was unacceptable. Won’t go back. Your customer service is lacking.

I waited in line for 30 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me but the woman who served me was so incredibly nice and gracious that I didn't even care lol. I don't know her name but whoever was working the window on 11/18 at 12:25 PM - she's amazing!
