STAY AWAY from this Tim Hortons unless you want to get sick. An employee was mopping the floor when I walked in. She quickly walked up to the register to take my order and then proceeded to prepare it for me without washing her hands or wearing gloves - THAT'S DISGUISTING. I will never be returning to this Tim Hortons and would advise others to stay away as well unless you want to get sick. I just walked out without picking up my order. This should probably be reported to some government authority. I hope Tim Hortons management sees this and gives their employees proper training about maintaining hygiene, which is of utmost importance in the food industry.

Very pleased with our Sunday stop. Quick drive though and friendly staff today.

A few coffees. Hot. Tim bits in the Halloween bucket and a coke. Nice and simple Sunday :)

Just came through drive through-was not greeted at the speaker (“what can I get you”) is what she said, I ordered one donut, “pull around” is what she said. I get to the window, I pay and get my donut, she doesn’t say bye, have a nice day, nothing. Donut was really good though but the worker had noooo customer service AT ALL.

I've been coming to this location for years and have to say we have never had any issues. Food is always correctly made, and our orders are never messed up.

Been coming here since I moved to the area 7 years ago. So I'm kinda sad to review this. Been getting incorrect tim boost drinks for a while now and mistakes are fine, it's the "managers" handling of it that got me to finally leave a review.

I noted that my timboost drinks didn't look right as they were orange, just orange (wrong drink has been an issue at multiple locations when ordering sunrise sunset, usually just the wrong redbull used in it, not a completely different looking drink). He told me it's what I ordered, I told him it's not, that it should have red at the bottom. He googled a picture of the drink which showed exactly what I was talking about and offered to remake them. He didn't remake them. It was way too quick for them to have been remade and there was no opening of a redbull can. He just splashed some of the red syrup in both and called that a remake.

This guy was apparently a manager. He asked me if they looked right, but Ive never sent back an order before and didnt want to hold up the line longer so I just accepted them and told him "close enough". I have no idea what concoction it was that he made but it was like three different timboost drinks in one. Coconut redbull, raspberry and mango flavors. Granted, they were drinkable but you can't hand me an all orange drink and confidently tell me that's a sunrise sunset drink even looking up a picture yourself showing yellow to red gradient... and then pretend to remake them.

Even once it mixes together it's just red not orange.

Idk how Tim's train on drinks, if there are reference cards or what but many locations need to retrain on tim boost drinks. And the company shouldnt have released two similar sun theme names that both have two S words in them, that kinda set their employees up for mistakes.

I'm understanding of them getting mixed up, I'm not as understanding of how the "manager" tried to tell me I'm wrong, showed a pic proving I'm right then fake remake two drinks that total $10.

I'm going to stick with straight redbull for a while as it's becoming waste of money to get the wrong one more often than the right one.

I've never had a real reviewable problem here until today.

They made my drink wrong 2x in a row and the third time definitely did not taste good. Staff does not want to be there. They act like it’s the worst thing ever having to do their jobs. Not sure if this is just the staffs poor lack of workmanship or if it is a management issue, but something needs to change. I don’t recommend going to this location. Save your $$ and time.

the lady was so rude at the window she actually sighed while taking our order, we could tell that she was not happy at all. also my coffee didn’t come full and for a latte price i would expect it to be

Ordered a coffee and for some reason it was thick.. never have I ever experienced this coming to a tim hortons. I don't even trust going back to have them remake it. It make me sick to my stomach to think what they could of possibly served me. Definitely won't be back to this location

As a longstanding patron for the past three years, I have consistently ordered the same beverage during lunch without any prior issues. However, on a recent occasion, I purchased a cookie to accompany my coffee, only to discover that it was in an unacceptable state—stale and unfit for consumption.
Upon notifying your employee of this matter, I was met with disrespect and poor customer service. The employee refused to disclose her name or provide the manager’s information, suggesting that I submit an online report instead. Furthermore, she made me wait needlessly and exhibited unprofessional behavior, including laughter.
Additionally, when I requested a refund for the coffee I had just purchased, the employee callously instructed me to return the following day. This refusal to address the issue promptly and the lack of accountability are deeply. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that your employees are not adhering to the uniform guidelines, specifically the requirement to wear name tags.
