I recently visited the drive thru here. My experience with Kaylie was amazing. She greeted me with the "warm smile" and friendliness that is stuff of a training video. I hope the management team gives proper acknowledgement to her. She is a genius hire.

I've been to this location a few times and every single time items have been left out of my order, and now my brother had to assemble 2 of his sandwiches after they were forgotten from the order. The slip up seemed deliberate since each part of the sandwiches were bagged individually. Will never come again, worst place to come for breakfast other than McDonalds, but at least at McDonalds I'd get my complete order

I ordered a large coffee, and a bagel sandwich. Tell me why my coffee came as a small, as I watched them take back the small, and pour it in a large cup, then top it off with more coffee. That coffee was not what I ordered. Bagel sandwich, did not come on a bagel, it came with the hard bread, that tore up my mouth. Hopefully I never have to stop by this location again.

This location on Wayne road messes up a simple coffee and is slower than molasses. My last order was a black coffee and I didn’t check it till I got home and it was full or cream, i thought they could not mess up a black coffee. I was wrong

I can understand messing up if it was busy, or if it was just once or twice. However, they seem to mess up a very simple bagel with NO CREAM CHEESE, even when it's not busy; when you're the only one in line. It's always when we can't go back because we need to get to work.
At least sometimes there's a few very nice people running the drive through, but the messing up definitely needs fixing.

the worst service ever, always the espresso machine need to be cleaned. I went to buy espresso, they gave me old one. I told her ma'am, this is not for me, when did you do it.. ? she said we saw you come and we did it. then they started getting rude and nasty. this is really never happened to me before

I’m here at 6 am on 12/10 and the employee just now walking in telling me that the store is closed I understand that the store just opened at 6 am but as far as I’m concerned they need to start taking orders at 6 am not just walking in the store

Worst time Hortons in the area. Ordered a French vanilla cappuccino. It was mostly water. The Tim Hortons on N Wayne Rd near Warren is 1,000 times better in taste and efficiency.
The girls at work there are awesome. But your espresso machine is either down for cleaning or locked out or broken or always something wrong with it so I've had to stop coming here.
