I recently visited the drive thru here. My experience with Kaylie was amazing. She greeted me with the "warm smile" and friendliness that is stuff of a training video. I hope the management team gives proper acknowledgement to her. She is a genius hire.
I can understand messing up if it was busy, or if it was just once or twice. However, they seem to mess up a very simple bagel with NO CREAM CHEESE, even when it's not busy; when you're the only one in line. It's always when we can't go back because we need to get to work.
At least sometimes there's a few very nice people running the drive through, but the messing up definitely needs fixing.

The coffee shop is fantastic, and the barista service is exceptional! Mohammed makes the best coffee with a smile every time. Highly recommend stopping by for a great cup and friendly atmosphere.
