work on your customer service. ordered the ohana drink just for it to taste like frozen orange juice. upon politely asking to try a different smoothie (mind you ALL were cheaper than the one i paid for), the male employee said no he can only remake it and proceeded to slam the blender & give weird energy. it tasted better than the first one but nowhere near the color as advertised so save your $9 and don’t bother spending it on something that tastes like frozen fruit juice.

I get a yogurt Bowl almost everyday and I add Nutella Drizzle on there for that to cost almost $2 they put a little Nutella in the bowl then when I ask for extra they charge me and put a little bit more I don’t know what’s going on with this place but I’m getting tired of them 🤦🏾♀️

A friend and I went to get a smoothie on Saturday night. They close at 9 and we pulled up at about 8:40. The open sign was on and the lights were on. Went to walk in and the door was locked and the employees are just sitting there looking at the door. I went back to my car and called to see if they were still open, I was told “for about 10 more minutes, yes” so I said I’d be right in. The worker never came to unlock the door.
