BEWARE. They will reuse food returned.they gave me back same meat I returned and put it on new bread. Health department will be notified for unsafe food practices .

This location has really gone downhill. Had a steak sub that was so tough and gristly I threw it out. Disgusting.

MISLEADING! Visited this restaurant because I was in the area and needed lunch...
I saw all the customers in the drive thru so I decided not to go inside.
The order board says one price but I was quoted a different price at the speaker. I advised the price on the board. The cashier didn't want to honor it and passed me over to the owner who proceeded to explain that he attempted to have the board updated. There is existing patches of previous price changes...how many changes have they had?! ? He wanted me to accept the increase but did concede to the printed price.
I dislike this about businesses...charge me the price that I'm looking at, not the price your register says. If it said $100, am I suppose to pay it?! If you are in transition, do the right thing and continue to charge what's listed or update your menus--inside and outside expeditiously.
Though, he agreed, he was bitter...When I got to the window, he proceeded to scold "me" for "his" error. I am not a business owner, however, if I were, I believe that I would accept a customer's objection to a legitimate price discrepency. There are many who don't notice and pay--it evens out! I DID NOTHING WRONG...Don't try to make me feel that I did!!!
Parking: Parking isn't ample but comparable to most sub shops in this chain.
There is far rear parking--not sure if it belongs to the sub shop but can be used.

The food was just lackluster and had no real flavor or taste. You could tell that it all came out of some freshly opened can and it was dissatisfying, pretty gross honestly. My curiosity has been sated and I'll never return to a tubby's.
I’m sad because this tubbys is RIGHT next to my job and I love tubbys but there must be something wrong with their grill? EVERY time I order here (which is every day), I get the same thing and my Classic Italian sandwich is never hot, not even warm. I ALWAYS say grilled/hot. And my curds were Burnt today. The other tubbys I sometimes go to always makes my sandies HOT. ?

Very Rude ,Disrespect ,employee name BRITTANY ! Refuses to hand orders ....i witness her fronting/checking a woman who looks very overwhelm and had her children with her ....about the woman wanting her order while the main employee holding the woman's order ...Talkin among other employees .... wanted to be the big bad wolf all because the lady wanted her order ... as of customer service that is not how you treat your customers..after seeing that I will not be eating here anymore ..HIRE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS & SERVICE THEM WITH CARE.
