I was met with a rude and disrespectful attitude as soon as I pulled into the drive through. So rude that I didn’t even order any I will NEVER return to this location.

Young guy with full beard is so nice and food is always fresh. Next time i will get his name he is super cool always tip him. The oldest man kinda rush you only see him there early in the day maybe is owner but he should stop taking orders

I was pleasantly surprised by how great the catering food and service was at this Tubbys Location. Ordered salad and wings , and easily fed 2 swim teams of girls and there was plenty left for thier families to eat as well. The salads were impressive too with big beautiful fresh veggies, and it came with a bottle of tubbies dressing. And the wings were much larger than expected and soo good. I also had a sandwich upon pickup and it was soo soo good after a long day of work. Thank you for helping make soo many happy full tummies, and I really appreciate finding great costomer service these days. 🫶

The one heavier set guy is SUPER nice gives free sauce cups, looks out etc…

The other more serious …”tuff guy” manager is literally ridiculous.

My pops goes “hey can I get an extra Tubby’s dressing cup please..?”

Manager literally goes “you gonna gimme a buck fifty..?!”

The order was already $40 for Christ sake.

We drove home & realized they forgot our sides, my husband called and the lady he talked to was so quick to give a sincere apology offer a free cupcake for the mistake. We got there and got another apology. The guy who was working also handed us free pops. People make mistakes it happens everywhere, it’s all on how you treat a situation. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Update - We dined in today and the service was exceptional and our subs were fabulous! The young lady at the counter was on top of it! And our subs knocked our socks off. We told the cook as much and tipped the tip jar in thanks for a job well done. We will be back again and again and... Good Job Tubby's!

I don’t typically write reviews, but my recent experience was upsetting enough that it needs to be shared.

I visited this location with the simple intention of grabbing a quick sandwich. Not only was my order completely incorrect—despite clearly specifying my preferences—but when I politely asked for it to be remade, I was met with eye-rolls, attitude, and outright disrespect from the staff.

What shocked me most wasn’t just the incorrect sandwich—it was the tone, the dismissiveness, and the way I was treated differently from other customers in line. I watched as others were greeted warmly and had their orders corrected without issue, while I was treated like a problem for simply expecting basic courtesy and accuracy. The vibe was unmistakable: I wasn’t welcome. Whether it was racial bias or something else, the behavior felt deliberately discriminatory.

No one deserves to be made to feel lesser over a sandwich. Kindness is free. Accuracy and fairness are basic expectations in any service industry. Unfortunately, this place failed on all counts.

I won’t be returning—and I hope management takes a serious look at the way their team is treating people who don't “look like” their regulars. Do better.

When you want a taste of Michigan original you kind of think Tubbys. Service was awesome but what in the heck change did you make in the meat???
Whatever it was change it back please!
That was hands down just awful, I couldn't even eat it the smoke flavor was so odd and overpowering.

Tubbys used to be my go to place, chicken and cheddar was my thing. However things have changed, I went there yesterday and ordered it. I couldn't eat it. It was sloppy and tasteless, very disappointed and to make matters worse, thete was a hair in my sub. Not going back

ordered steak n cheese . meat was cold n tasted like grease, cheese was not melted, portion was minimal. meat was not even cut up just big chunks, barley any onions and the bread was not even toasted like all the other stores I have been to
then on top of all that I asked for side of sause he tried charging me a $1 each
I've been to lots of tubby stores and worked at 1 for a while. most I ever seen charged is a quarter. 25 heck the lady at the store i always go to the manager told me they pay like .11 or
12 for each cup that's why they charge .25
but a $1 on top of getting food that's not even cooked like it should be.. man what a bomb of experience that was
