Service was good, but was not a fan of the food. I had a chicken sub - not my favorite. The chicken had a chipped beef texture. Others may prefer that though!

We frequent this establishment often. Tonight was one of the worst experiences ever: I had ordered a large steak and cheese plain and when I got home our sub had everything on it. We understand things happen, so when I get back to the speaker waited for a few minutes before anyone came to the speaker. I explained what had happened and he said come to the window. Never once was I told sorry for the inconvenience and to top it all off the sandwich was made with hardly any meat. As if it was our fault. To top it off, the worker just handed me the sandwich not ever apologizing and closed the window. It’s very upsetting as you guys aren’t cheap and I felt very cheated. I know for a fact you guys shorted our meat on purpose and that’s not ok! Last time we ate from you guys I was charged for 2 ranches and wasn’t given them. The past two times now have left a really sour taste & I think we will start going to the Dearborn location.

Ordered a sub hot with extra onion, waited in line at drive through 10 to 12 minutes. Sub had no onions at all and wasn't heated or grilled as the person at the drive through called it.
