Everyone in Westland was next door at Long John Silver's grand opening....so why was Wendy's passing out ice cold fries and no customers????? 🙄 Couldn't give out fresh food to your only customer that night??

Bad experience at this location. Did not have the basics(napkins, tenders, large bags). Staff was uncooperative. Drink dropped, attempting to carry all the small bags given. Manger refused to give me her name.

Order a jr bacon biggie bag with spicy nuggets I got double stack went back they put ketchup instead of mayo and reg nuggets no matter what they can’t get it right!!!!

Haven't been to this wendys in a while. I used to work at one so ik how they operate and they're on point! I have to get my burgers as lettuce wraps and at some locations, they just throw ingredients together like a salad but whoever made my food at 3pm made it perfectly! And they put the mayo in a seperate container w/o me even asking and gave me ketchup and cutlery w fresh fries. Everything came out fast and the host, Ashley, was friendly. Give them a raise ❤️

I just left the Wendys on Wayne rd and I would have loved to get the names of the gentleman who took my order and the gentlman at the window to give them recognition. This was by far the best experience that iv ever had at wendys. Honestly everyone working this shift deserves recognition. My burger was perfect, just like the picture, perfectly made and my frys were so fresh. The guy who took my order was so informative and polite and the guy at the window was so patient and genuine. This truly made my day, thankyou to the crew in there today, it was amazing!

Cashier couldn't follow a simple no ice in drinks. If I'm paying 5 dollars for a drink make it like I asked. I guess the food was okay, my kids didn't complain.
