I almost never leave reviews unless it’s really bad The food wasn’t bad but the customer service was awful and disrespectful. I go in later in the afternoon, (I’m the only car in the drive through and no one was eating inside so there was no way this was a mix up) and I made an order. When I got home I went to eat and realized they had given me the wrong order, which was two small items but charged me for pricer meal I ordered and gave me no receipt. I attempted to call and was going to eat the meal anyways but I heard the worker on the phone scoff and hang up on me before I could even finish speaking. So since it’s down the block I drove back with my food because that’s unprofessional and plain rude. I get there and go through the drive through and speak with a short, blonde, slightly masculine but female worker who was actually really nice and gave me a free lemonade along with my correct order. I believe her name was Lisa so thank you Lisa, but to whoever the manager is, don’t hire employees that make your store look bad. Lisa is the only reason I’m leaving a somewhat good review because of how kind she was.Now, I’m 21 so I know customer service is exhausting but that was just downright rude and I got really lucky I wasn’t allergic to one of the items on the menu because I do have an allergy to a popular ingredient in food chains, had I gotten that order instead it would’ve been a nightmare. I genuinely hope my future experiences are better than this one.

ABSOLUTE TRASH! I’m sick of this store! They took the phone off the hook so it’s impossible to call???? How is this allowed? HOW?We’ve never had to wait 45 + minutes to get our food at any other “fast food” place besides this specific Wendy’s. The store manager apparently doesn’t exist. None of the people were even working, just chatting it up and goofing off swearing and ignoring customers. People were pissed! The girl that gave our food was rude as hell and seemed annoyed that we did an online pickup and wouldn’t give a receipt after asked repeatedly so when I call corporate tomorrow I guess they think that will help them. The food is cold and tastes terrible. I want my money back. PLEASE WENDYS CORPORATE CLOSE THIS LOCATION BECAUSE ITS THE WORST LOCATION I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN 6 STATES!

Ordered 4 burgers only got 3 had to drive all the way back for them to insist that they gave me all 4 and ended up just buying another one because I didn’t have the time or patience for it only to also have a bunch of bathroom paper towel sheets shoved in the bag as napkins and a simple bland “Sorry for your inconvenience.”
