BEST CATFISH IN TOWN!!! š„š„š„š„
Edit (11/2/25): I know the economy is in flux right now, but donāt shortchange when it comes to food. You guys forgot my coleslaw and these arenāt jumbo shrimp. Come on now. This is typically my go-to place and the food is still great, but come on. Work with me.

Paid 9.99 for 2 beef hot dogsš¤£š¤£ with NO fries but i got a small Kool aid...like really a kool aid š REAL PEOPLE think abt that, was not happy with chicken tenders ethier they were browner then my shit. PRICES WERE off from online

Ordered doordash, have been waiting to try this place since I moved over here. Honestly was extremely disappointed. Ordered the catfish nuggets and shrimp combo. Firstly, half of the catfish pieces were just skin,I did not receive the sides for my meal. After shifting through the pieces for actual meat, the only piece I was able to actually try had bone in it. Ended up just tossing the whole meal because my appetite was ruined.

Worst fish and chicken I ever tasted!!! Fish was not clean like I asked and chicken taste very funny. Meat was and bones were black and old looking. Soooo disappointed

I really didnāt feel like cooking today, so after work, my daughter and I decided to stop by Westland Fish and Chicken. Let me just sayāI usually drive all the way to Detroit for my fish and chicken because I havenāt found a spot near my job that actually tastes goodā¦ until now.
Baby, let me tell youāfrom the moment I tasted those catfish nuggets, I was in LOVE! I couldnāt even take a picture because I started eating right away. The okra? Perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I ordered the 12-piece leg & thigh (crispy), and it was just rightānot greasy or tasting like old oil.
And can we talk about the fresh peppers?! You have to have peppers with your chickenāespecially if youāre a spicy girl like me! š„
Oh, and the crawfish? Delicious. My son gave it the stamp of approval. He tore up the chicken and saved the crawfish for his little ātreatā later.
The food was so good, I literally called them back just to say thank you and let them know how much I enjoyed it. Now thatās how you know it hit the spot!
So with that being said, Iāve officially found my new chicken and fish spot when Iām working out this way. Keep up the great work, yāallāyouāre doing it RIGHT! ššš

I ordered food on the way home from work and 45 minutes later it wasn't ready. Turns out my order was not entered it was written down on a piece of paper and was forgotten after that. Looks like it was different ownership or something but i was pissed. This place used to be good but they can't even get my food ready for me now so not going back.

Not what one would normally expect, but this is an excellent place to get a good meal. The chicken and fish were excellent. The only issue I had with the meal was what they passed for macaroni and cheese

French Fries were not hot n fresh. I went in placed my order the guy was talkn on his cell phone thru his ear piece the whole time. I placed my order sat and waited for my food no reason for the fries to be cold. They had a sign saying if you spend $20 you get a free all beef hot dog. They were out of those. My shrimp was very oily and not seasoned.
The Cole slaw had a weird taste to it. I threw the food away.
