We took our son here for his “24th” birthday (mind you it was on a Saturday his Birthday fell on a Sunday) . We asked “do you still do the free drink on your birthday”? She said” yes”. Then I said well his birthday was on the next day . Then she said NO it has to be on his birthday! She was asked by my husband to reconsider,because they are not open on Sunday’s , she says to him very rudely “convince me . Well needless to say after that I wasn’t eating there regardless of the outcome! Her demeanor and mouth was unacceptable for working in any atmosphere where people come n go !! Yes Brandy I’m referring to YOU ! How dare you think and say my son should have been born a day earlier when you had ABSOLUTELY NO idea how old he was !! Not only did you cost this business 100$ but we work for reputable businesses in the area ! It is customer service that brings people to the business so if that one flops we know why ! Do better !

We've been to the Shamrock three times in the past month and absolutely love the food! However each time the service was absolutely terrible. Tonight (May 6) was the worst of the three. There were only eight other customers, and two (at least) people working behind the bar. After sitting at a table for over 10 minutes we were never even acknowledged - much less served. But at least the employees seemed to have a good time standing behind the bar talking! 😕 So we reluctantly ended up leaving and going to Jimmy’s where the service is always outstanding.

Idk if I recommend. They do usually have very good food as I order here for my Mom but purchased 2 French dips for $28 + tip was quite extensive for very basic thin roast beef and didn't toast bun.

Grabbed 2 French dips for my Mom and I from here last weekend. It was very basic roast beef and the bun was not even toasted so it was VERY MUSHY. The cheese seemed like the basic white kraft sliced cheese. I usually get Great food from here but this time, Not so much!

I personally have never been in the Shamrock...very clean, positive upbeat atmosphere! Theresa the manager and the young lady that made my fish sandwich was so nice and made me feel very comfortable! We were there for my daughters birthday.
