Horrible food slow service the mushroom Swiss burger is ordered only had 1 small sliver of mushroom on it and was well past well done more like a hockey puck. My side of mashed potatoes tasted like burnt water. It took almost 40 min to get inedible food very disappointed will never come back to this location 3rd bad experience here in a row. Kitchen staff sucks. Smallest portions ever 5 waffle frys in a order for 6$

We typically never go to an Applebees, but we decided to try this one since my sister raves about her experiences. We get here around 4 and not alot of people plenty of open tables. The hostess sat us directly behind a table where 4 ppl were sitting so the chairs were pretty close, i asked to sit somewhere else because I have an autistic child who i know be moving around and i didn't want her to bump the person behind her, there are many open booths and chairs. She was very hesitant and told me she didn't have anywhere else to seat us. I told her we couldn’t sit there, she said again let me check. I ended up walking back to hostess booth where 3 other people were standing and i asked again where we could sit because that was not a good spot. One of those people said where to move us and she took us to another table,, again all open booths everywhere,, but since no one was sitting by us i agreed. With everyone walking by us it 20 minutes for someone to ask if we had been helped. Apparently we were sat somewhere that no one was assigned and someone failed to let a server know. Just a few minutes after we were sat, the booth right across from us had a couple sat in. We ordered wonton tacos and they came out so cold as if they came right out the fridge. Yuck. Sent them back and they came out warm but still not great. My dinner was pasta but it was super bland i couldn’t even eat it. The server was very apologetic and we knew it wasn't her fault. But the food was not great the experience even worse. We would definitely never go back.

Got seated right away and our order taken. Table was dirty and the floor under it was sticky. Music was crazy loud. Food came out wrong. Ordered nachos with just chips meat and cheese and came out with everything even though they was told there was an onion allergy. People who came in 15 min after us got their food way before us. My medium steak came well done I ordered fries instead of the mashed potatoes. Got mashed potatoes. The food wasn't very good at all. This is probably the worst applebees we've ever been to. Definitely won't be back to this location

Could not experience the food because no one answered the phone to take our carry out order! This is not the first time this has happened. I did finally ge7t through and wait staff was awesome, but food was not. It was cold and onion rings and fries wilty. I am giving up on them.
I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting for somebody to come up to me and ask me what order I was waiting on. The dude that looks like he’s got noodles on his head, walks past me at least seven times. Bartender standing around eating cupcakes then eventually what look like an Oompa Loompa walked up to me and told me they’d be right out with my order with my order she walked out with another Oompa Loompa these girls were as round as their height. Proceeded to stand there. No order she’s sitting there gossiping with her twin. Another six minutes until Eventually, one of the girls that was standing there, shoving her face full of cupcakes brought me my order. This was the night of the Super Bowl. I was there 730 didn’t get my order out the door until 755 by the way, the order was supposed to be done at 7:42. They had maybe 10 people not including children. I’ve seen this place busier on the weekends during lunch. Horrible service.

Came for dinner yesterday night, and I honestly wasn’t that impressed. The server wasn’t really attentive, just passing by not asking if we needed anything. Needed ranch, never brought it. The food was okay. Chips were brown and overall the food was way too salty, the steak I got, looked really suspicious. Overall I didn’t like my experience at this location. My card was charged the full amount of the bill when it was supposed to be split. I understand if the restaurant is busy, but I felt rushed and the food came out super slow and waited for my appetizer for a long time. Even the mozzarella sticks were hard and not cheesy. I would recommend to go to a different location.

Got the big chicken sandwich w/ bacon and cheddar to go. The chicken was dry because it was too thick and over fried. There was very little fries and there was about a table spoon of lettuce on the sandwich. My suggestion is that you show your staff a picture of the sandwich you advertised and maybe they would get a grip. I like lettuce on my sandwich. Not the limp lifeless crap you put on that sandwich. That’s my review. Too bad because you advertise it as a big sandwich and your staff and manager don’t spend the time to check the food before it goes out. The reason I know that is because he came up to me several times in the restaurant as he walked around doing nothing.
